The bottom five teams in the table are all kicking off at 3pm, with point deductions and relegation dominating the talking points around their clubs of late.

Sheffield United and Nottingham Forest, both in the relegation zone, have crucial matches at home.

Meanwhile Everton, Luton Town and Burnley are all on the road.

Sheffield United v Fulham (15:00 GMT)

The grim reality of the situation remains the same for Sheffield United.

They are bottom of the table, with the most goals conceded in Premier League history after 28 games.

It's a situation made worse by the fact their home form is so poor - setting that unwanted English League record by conceding at least five goals in four consecutive home games across all competitions.

Despite that, when I got to the stadium, there were still loads of fans outside waiting for the players to arrive.

I asked a couple how they were feeling ahead of today and they said: "Not a lot to be honest, after how tough this season has been.

"We're just looking forward to the rebuild for next season. Although, there’s always a little bit of hope!"

I'm feeling a bit disoriented; jet lag has hit me hard after an 18-hour flight yesterday. Plus, that game was absolutely draining – and trust me, I've sat through my fair share of exhausting Newcastle matches! Nonetheless, Hall, Barnes, and Anderson were phenomenal substitutes. Looks like Europe is within reach!

    Tom, Romsey

As a neutral, delighted for Newcastle. They've been ravaged by injuries throughout the season and even within this game itself; to dig deep, keep going and turn this result around is remarkable. Fair play Eddie Howe, hopefully this arrests the slide for them.

    FT: Newcastle 4-3 West Ham

    Newcastle United

Newcastle matchwinner Harvey Barnes, speaking to TNT: "With the way the game was going, the second goal there was a bit of controversy, but we have always had that team spirit and today is one of those days we'll remember for a long time.

"It has been a tough season for me and I have missed that feeling so much. My playing time has been limited so every time I am on the pitch I went to help the team. The atmosphere here is always amazing. Today it is a winner and it is a great feeling."

Three weeks since Everton’s last game, and three and a half months since their last Premier League win.

The swirling uncertainty over how many points they’re actually going to need to find to stay up this season has clearly played a part in that. But what a significant week this is. Sean Dyche’s team play Bournemouth, Newcastle and Burnley in the next eight days.

Mind you, will the picture will be any clearer by the end of next weekend? You sense probably not.

I don't know how you begin to pick the bones out of that. It was all about finding a way, digging deep and Newcastle did just that.

3-1 down, players dropping like flies, you don't even know if Harvey Barnes would have made it on the pitch if Miguel Almiron hadn't gone down injured. What an impact he did have when he came on though.

Incredible atmosphere in the stadium and a massive win for Newcastle.

Where do West Ham go from here? Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. When Michail Antonio went off they couldn't get up the pitch and David Moyes will be left scratching his head.

We'll have reaction from that corker of a game as soon as we get it, but we will also build up to the games that kick off at 3pm.

And this is why West Ham want Moyes out. You might have a good season and finish 7th or 8th but the football is rancid even when you do score 3 goals. The fans are not entertained and are not getting their moneys worth on a long trip up north. Spent so much on great attacking players like Kudus and Paqueta yet they are not used to their full potential. Newcastle completely deserve the win and credit to them for an amazing comeback. I think West Ham need a new manager…

    Kayden, Lyon

This game changed when Moyes brought on Phillips. Once again, playing Phillips and forcing other players out of position to accommodate him has cost West Ham. It was a bad signing by Moyes and he needs to realise that.

I don't blame Moyes for being livid. Imagine if that penalty decision wasn't given (which it shouldn't have been), there would have been no motivation for Newcastle to do what they've done. Once again, bad refereeing and terrible VAR ruining a perfectly good game of football.

Steven (not a fan of either team)

1-0 Moyes out Howe in 1-1 Moyes in Howe in 1-3 Moyes in Howe out 3-3 Moyes in/out Howe in/out Time for it to change yet?

    Steve in Reading

Now maybe the Moyes out brigade will be understood. He lost West Ham that game. With Newcastle on the ropes he takes off their only forward and puts on a defensive midfielder. That’s when the game changed.
