When it comes to predictions, Manchester United are my new Chelsea - I get all of their results wrong.

I backed United to win at the weekend too, but the worst thing about their home defeat was that Fulham fully deserved the three points.

Nottingham Forest beat United at the City Ground at the end of December and they have still got a goal or two in them, although their league form since then has not been great.

This tie feels like it is going to be very close, and it could go the distance, but I think United will find a way to edge it.

I was feeling pretty confident today, we still have momentum and Pochettino has been talking up the significance of Leeds and the history of the fixture. Then he starts Mudryk and Caicedo... and no captain! All of a sudden the tie is up in the air.

Nottingham Forest v Man Utd (19:45 GMT)

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag: "Of course we are not happy when we are sixth in the league. We are not happy as Manchester United so we have to catch up.

"From January on we were in a positive trend and we played very good games and progressing. We weren’t perfect still, but you saw the potential and we were winning games. Now it’s broken by defeat, so we have to change this.

"We have to be aware that we can’t go into a game giving 90-95%, you have to give everything possible on the pitch and show determination and intimidation in our approach to the opponent. We have to show willingness and belief to win games.

"Last year we were unbeatable at Old Trafford and opponents came with that idea and feeling that you can’t get nothing here. That is how it should be. There will always in a process be setbacks but it’s how you can make it better. You have to start by getting that right on the training pitch."

Fans without valid tickets have been warned by police to stay away from the match between Nottingham Forest and Manchester United.

The two sides are meeting at the City Ground in the fifth round of the FA Cup on Wednesday evening.

Visiting supporters are required to produce physical paper tickets before admission to a controlled area before reaching the turnstiles.

Police and the club said the safety of all supporters was their priority.

Ch Insp Clive Collings, match commander for Nottinghamshire Police, said: "The message for those proposing to travel to this fixture without a valid match ticket is clear - don't.

"You will not be allowed access to the stadium and your journey will be wasted.

"The safety of those attending this - and every other - game at the City Ground, is of paramount importance to both Nottingham Forest and Nottinghamshire Police."

    Chelsea v Leeds (19:30 GMT)

Chelsea really need to win this, after the way they lost the Carabao Cup final on Sunday. It was their display in extra-time that let them down against Liverpool's kids, when they had the chance to really have a go at them.

Leeds are going very well under Farke but he might prioritise their promotion bid over this tie.

I hope he doesn't, but this is one of the rare occasions where I would understand if he makes some changes, because of how tight it is at the top of the Championship - they have got Ipswich and Southampton breathing down their necks, but will also feel like they can catch Leicester.

The pressure is all on Chelsea and, if they don't win, it is really going to mount on their manager Mauricio Pochettino.

I remember being part of a Chelsea team that lost 2-0 to Leeds at Stamford Bridge in the year I was there - thinking back, it was probably largely down to me. I'm going with the same scoreline again, but a home win this time.

    Sutton's prediction: 2-0

Kaiser Chiefs bassist Simon Rix's prediction: 1-2

Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino says Leeds United will be "tough" opponents in the FA Cup but his players are motivated to deliver a response after losing Carabao Cup final to Liverpool.

The Blues welcome their Championship opposition to Stamford Bridge in the fifth round on Wednesday, knowing Leeds have won their past eight games and are on track to bounce back immediately to the Premier League.

Nevertheless, Chelsea will still be favourites, despite the psychological bruising of Sunday's defeat at Wembley.

"Always the pressure is to win and to go through," Pochettino said. "To arrive to the first final of the season in England is a massive achievement but after you don't get the title it's tough.

"Now is a game that is going to be tough. We need to be strong, with good energy and the players want to show that we are in the way that is going to be good for the club.

"I'm happy because they reacted well and they are in a very positive moment."

Chelsea is an interesting one. They have started the same side two games in a row.

They have blown a mega chance [League Cup final loss to Liverpool] and as a club they are going to be really hurting.

Does that make them more motivated to win the FA Cup?

Does Pochettino want to get them more fired up? Leeds are in great form and Mauricio Pochettino cannot afford to weaken his side too much.
