    Ipswich 3-1 Rotherham

After a horror start in which Tom Eaves smartly rolled Rotherham in front, Ipswich recovered strongly to quash their struggling visitors and boost their Championship promotion hopes.

Wes Burns scored twice, from a cool header and a cheeky prod, as well as settling up Kieffer Moore for his effort in between.

The Tractor Boys aren't impregnable, but Rotherham can't afford to concede again and the Millers have proven they can be breached.

  2. Postpublished at 20:41 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February

    Ipswich 3-1 Rotherham

Ipswich might look in control on the scoreboard but Rotherham have shown some grit to keep hassling their hosts.

Femi Seriki earns a corner after a raid for the Millers and his second attempt was cleared.

Vaclav Hladky almost handed a little opportunity to the visitors but Ipswich's defence rushed back to cover.

Now we've reached the break in all four League Two games. Walsall are two up against Morecambe, while AFC Wimbledon vs Crawley is goalless.

  4. Not a blockbuster first half at Home Parkpublished at 20:39 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February

They won't be queueing around the block for the DVD of that first half.

The Baggies had the better of the chances with Andreas Weimann going close twice as the half wore on while Alex Mowatt had an early shot deflected wide.

Alex Palmer has had little to do in the Albion goal - a low effort from the edge of the box that whistled past the post from Adam Randell has been as close as the home side has come.

West Brom have done well to starve Argyle's star man Morgan Whittaker of any sort of possession - he's hardly had a touch so far.

  5. CLOSE!published at 20:38 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February

    Blackpool 0-0 Peterborough

A huge chance for Posh to take the lead in the EFL Trophy semi-final.

Joel Randall is sent clean through on goal but Richard O'Donnell makes a big save for Blackpool to keep the tie scoreless.

  6. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:38 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February

    Gillingham 0-0 Stockport

Level at the break, which will be a relief for Gillingham.

It is all Stockport, who are dominating and creating chances as they look to bounce back after recent defeats.

  7. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:37 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February

    Cardiff 0-0 Blackburn

    Erm... yeah. 0-0.

It has not been pretty - lots of sideways and backward passing, a very slow pace to the game.

It's hard to say what's going to happen in the dressing rooms at half-time but both managers will want to see a lot, lot more from their players.

One thing did happen on 45 minutes - Dominic Hyam went into the referee's book for a challenge on Rubin Colwill.

Aside from that, it's a case of hoping for a little more to write about in the second half.

  8. 'Like hugging your mum on Christmas day'published at 20:37 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February

    Reading 0-0 Port Vale

    Phil Bowers
    Journalist, BBC Radio Stoke

It is not half-time everywhere remember, this was an 8pm kick-off.

Like hugging your mum on Christmas day, not too tight. He had his arms all around him there.

Given a silly free-kick away there.

  9. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:36 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February

    Southampton 0-2 Hull

Fabio Carvalho celebrates scoring Hull's second goal at SouthamptonImage source, PA Media

Textbook away performance by Hull at this stage as Anass Zaroury and Fabio Carvalho goals have given them the lead at in-form Southampton.

The home fans will be hoping that after a disappointing first 45, as the Skids once sang, the Saints are coming - after the break.

Right now, they're going. And Hull are loving it.

  10. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:36 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February

    MK Dons 1-1 Wrexham

We're at the break at Stadium MK.

James McClean's header has been cancelled out by Danny Kemp's leveller. Frustrating for Phil Parkinson's side, who are looking to maintain their pressure at the top.

  11. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:35 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February

    Cambridge 1-0 Bolton

Eoin Toal with a deflected goal from Sullay Kaikai's shot gave Cambridge an early lead in a dominant start from the hosts.

It's taken a while for Bolton to get going but they did fashion a chance for Josh Sheehan that was very well blocked by Michael Morrison for the home side.

  12. Postpublished at 20:34 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February

    Ipswich 3-1 Rotherham

Ten minutes of added time following the injury to Rotherham midfielder Ollie Rathbone.

  13. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:32 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February

    Plymouth 0-0 West Brom

Jed Wallace and Andy Weimann have linked up a couple of times for the visitors and that combination looks to be the one that could unlock the Plymouth defence.

This time Wallace sends a cross into the Plymouth box.

The ball finds Weimann, who shoots on target but it's blocked by Bali Mumba.

That's it for the first half.

  14. 'Russell Martin has some work to do'published at 20:32 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February

    Southampton 0-2 Hull

    Adam Blackmore
    BBC Radio Solent sports editor

Russell Martin, boy does he have some work to do here and so do the players.

They haven't won here, Hull, since 1951. The last 15 games they haven't won, well they are certainly looking likely they will do today.

Hull lead 2-0 and fully deserving - they could have had more.

  15. Postpublished at 20:30 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February

    Southampton 0-2 Hull

Hull are cutting loose, particularly on the break.

Lewie Coyle does a passable impression of Clive Sullivan (the great rugby league player and doyen of Hull) by steaming downfield at pace from right-back.

He drove across field, then picked out Anass Zaroury on the left of the box but his arcing first-time effort rolled just past the far post.

  16. Postpublished at 20:27 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February

    Ipswich 3-1 Rotherham

Rotherham's Ollie Rathbone has to go offImage source, PA Media

Fingers crossed that Ollie Rathbone is ok, but he's had to go off.

Femi Seriki comes on in his place for Rotherham, whose night has gone from dreamworld to nightmare in quick-fire time.

  17. Postpublished at 20:26 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February

    Cardiff 0-0 Blackburn

As opening half-hours go in football matches, this one will not go down in memory for either sets of these fans - it has been a bit of a grind so far.

It very much feels like a match between two sides in the bottom half, not a lot to choose between them.

Karlan Grant did make a nice run and shot from just outside the six-yard box for the hosts but Aynsley Pears was equal to it in the Blackburn net.

This game is waiting for something to breathe some life into it, it needs it.

  18. 'If Leeds and Southampton want Premier League, they will have to fight for it'published at 20:25 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February

    Ipswich 3-1 Rotherham

    Mick Mills
Former Ipswich and England captain on BBC Radio Suffolk

They seem very concerned about Rathbone and to be honest Rotherham will be concerned about this result. They would have felt ok coming into Portman Road.

A lot of Ipswich's possession has been in their own half. That's because Rotherham had done the press really well, they were worrying Ipswich. That third goal would have helped immensely.

Ipswich have been really, really good this season. Why should they peter out and not put the pressure on? If Leeds and Southampton want their Premier League place back, they are going to have to fight for it.

    Ipswich won't make it easy.

  19. goal

GOAL: Southampton 0-2 Hullpublished at 20:23 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February

    Fabio Carvalho (36 mins)

Hull City are flying, mind you this was gift-wrapped by the Saints.

Gavin Bazunu played a half-hearted pass out from the back, Joe Rothwell loosely wandered across his own box where he was duly robbed by Jaden Philogene.

He slipped in Fabio Carvalho to neatly slot beyond Bazunu for a second.

Southampton's remarkable home run is under threat.

  20. League One updatepublished at 20:23 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February

Northampton have an equaliser at Oxford through Will Hondermarck so back to 1-1 at the Kassam after Josh Murphy's early opener for United.

At Reading, Tyler Bindon has found the first chance of the night for the home side but he's off target with a half-volley.
