Anna Leat has already made 10 saves, the first time a goalkeeper has made at least 10 saves in a match in the Women's Super League since Shae Yanez for Bristol City against Aston Villa on 3 February (11 saves).

Another chance comes and goes for Arsenal, who have been absolutely dominant this half. Alessia Russo crosses from the left and it falls to Stina Blackstenius. A header either side of the keeper and it's 1-2, but the Swede nods it at Anna Leat.

Anna Leat had to make amends there.

She gives the ball away, a long cross comes into the box for Cailtin Foord who volleys from about four yards away.

Not sure how much she knew about the save, it looked to hit off her face, but it keeps Arsenal at bay again.

It's all Arsenal. Goalkeeper Anna Leat gives it away to Beth Mead, Arsenal have a great chance, Mead crosses for Caitlin Foord four yards out, but Leat redeems herself by making a save, the ball smashing her in the face.

Leat then makes another wonderful save. Acrobatic and one-handed to tip over Victoria Pelova's effort.

Arsenal are relentless now, wave after wave of attack. It's going to be a long 20 minutes or so for Aston Villa.

Another change for Arsenal. Stina Blackstenius, who scored a first-half hat-trick in the 4-0 thrashing of Villa in the League Cup semi-final earlier this month, is on for Frida Maanum.

Alessia Russo doesn't appeal too much for a penalty and shakes hands with Rachel Daly on her way back up.

I think Daly did catch her slightly, it is hard to see with all the bodies in the box there. Good footwork from Russo and I think there was contact there on her from Daly's right knee.

Alessia Russo goes down in the penalty area and Rachel Daly is the Villa player involved. There looks to have been contact on the Arsenal forward but nothing given. Kim Little then shoots low and hard but straight at Anna Leat.

No VAR to change or review any on-field decisions so no penalty is how it stays.

What a save by Anna Leat!

The header came back cross to Lotte Wubben-Moy with such pace and power and she nodded it towards goal.

It was more of a reaction save, but she had to make it, a strong palm to push it over the bar.

Arsenal piling on the pressure. Lotte Wubben-Moy, six yards out, has to place her header better but it is just at Anna Leat.

Seconds later Frida Maanum sccops over with another effort and then Beth Mead fires straight down the middle at Leat.

Villa hanging on.

A double change for Arsenal with Caitlin Foord and Steph Catley on for Katie McCabe and Cloe Lacasse.

Rachel Corsie is on for Villa, replacing Maz Pacheco.

Alessia Russo has an assist to her name and tries to get a goal for herself but it is blocked.

She then sets up Frida Maanum and she curls at goal and goalkeeper Anna Leat is rooted to the spot.

But Maanum's effort bounces off the left post and Villa scramble it clear.

It is so important for Arsenal to not only win but also perform well here tonight.

Their last game was the defeat to Chelea in the WSL, and their next game is the League Cup final against Chelsea. They need to build confidence and momentum ahead of that final.

There is a lot riding on this game for Arsenal.

Just over 56% of the action has been in the Aston Villa defensive third over the last 15 minutes.
