Nicolas Kuhn is going inside too early. His job is to attack the Motherwell wing-back. He's only put in one cross.

Celtic are not asking questions in the wide areas. Is it lack of confidence or poor decision making? Is it the tactics?

The Celtic backline is so high, so disjointed. It's four individuals, there's no connection, nobody dragging people together, no communication.

Motherwell have exploited that. They need a complete performance to win the game. They've had a complete 45, but there's another 45 to go.

What is Brendan Rodgers saying to his players at half time? Motherwell deserve to be in front here, Celtic have been off it again.

Much of the pressure has come from Motherwell, they've been creating chances and putting the Celtic defence under pressure. Celtic haven't managed to play with any real tempo or threat.

How will they change things for the second half? And what will Motherwell? More or the same or shut up shop?

Motherwell manager Stuart Kettlewell is in constant conversation with his assistant Stephen Frail in the home dugout as he watches the action unfold in front of him. Kettlewell also looks like he's kicking every ball with his players. He's very animated down there.

Is it me, or does Daizen Maeda look miles away from the player he was last season? He's the fastest player on the pitch but looks a bit disinterested at times.

A decent spell of Motherwell possession ends with Georgie Gent trying to lift the ball over Celtic goalkeeper Joe Hart but it is way too high. It was an excellent spot by Blair Spittal to set up the chance and the left-back really should have put the laces through it to test Hart.
