Daiki Hashioka's own goal officially clocked at 65 seconds, followed pretty much by 46 minutes of attack versus defence.

At times, all of the Manchester City outfield players were camped in and around the final third, trying to pick their way through this orange coloured low block.

Rob Edwards' men have worked so hard defensively. They’ll welcome the breather.

  17. 'This feels like a one goal game'published at 16:00 British Summer Time 13 April

    HT: Brentford 0-0 Sheffield United

    Chris Wise
Final Score commentator at the Gtech Community Stadium

It’s not a classic, but it was never going to be. Two teams who probably feel they have to win, but neither look hugely capable.

Brentford are lacking some ingenuity in the final third, and struggling to break through a compact Sheffield United back five.

And the Blades’ rare moments of joy have come when McBurnie and Brereton Diaz have managed to get their team up the pitch.

Too early to suggest this feels like a ‘one goal game’?

  20. 'Luton still have a chance of getting a result'published at 15:51 British Summer Time 13 April

    HT: Man City 1-0 Luton

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live

When the opening goal went in I thought, as many people would have done, that the flood gates would open. and Man City would go on to score a few more goals.

But Luton have been defensively solid, worked extremely hard and earned getting to half time at 1-0.

They have not been able to offer a lot going forward, but with the scoreline as it is, they have still got a chance of getting a result from this game.

Pep Guardiola will be wary of that and will be telling his players to get that second goal early.
