There continues to be concern for George Earthy at the London Stadium. He has been put onto a stretcher and is being taken off the field by a vehicle. Every precaution is being taken with this being a head injury.

There's a break in play as it looks like George Earthy is down with a head injury. This doesn't look great for the youngster, who has only just arrived on the field to make his Premier League debut.
He went up for a header with Edson Alvarez and somewhere in there there was a clash of heads.
