    Millwall 0-0 West Brom

And we are up and running in the second of the day's 12 Championship games.

Our focus will remain on what's happening at Ashton Gate, but we will bring goal and major incident updates from The Den as well.

  2. CLOSE!published at 31 mins

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

Jamie Vardy shotImage source, PA Media

Jamie Vardy almost rolls Leicester ahead.

The Foxes get the ball into Stephy Mavididi, and Vardy is already on his bike.

An angled ball picks out the former England striker, who darts into the box and fires across Max O'Leary.

It sears just wide. Jeers from the home fans, but they will secretly have been relieved. You'd back him from there.

  3. Postpublished at 30 mins

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

Harry Winks arcs a brilliant free-kick to the back post for Leicester, Wout Faes gets the better of Jason Knight and meets it but can only nod wide.

On the back of that, Bristol City stomp forward, Matty James picks out Anis Mehmeti, who chops on to the left and hammers it high and wide from the edge of the Leicester box.

Fans disappointed with the finish but pleased with the build-up.

Stephy Mavididi's radar is well off, after Jannik Vestergaard picks him out.

The Leicester attacker looks to play the ball down the line for Jamie Vardy, but the striker puts the brakes on and looks witheringly at his team-mate after a poor pass.

Leicester then get a free-kick just outside the rugby union 22 markings. Good chance to get the big boys up.

  5. Postpublished at 27 mins

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

Jamie Vardy clips Bristol City goalkeeper Max O'Leary and concedes the free-kick.

He cops a bit of terrace stick too.

Leicester get possession, Wilfried Ndidi releases Abdul Fatawu but Cameron Pring does brilliantly to brush him off and win the ball back.

  6. Leicester quiet in attack so farpublished at 12:55 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

    Ali Durden
    BBC Radio Bristol commentator

They have not really created much going forward so far.

They have not done any damage in the final third yet.

I do not think Leicester have even had a shot on target yet.

  7. Postpublished at 25 mins

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

Would be expecting to see more from Leicester's midfield trio of Harry Winks, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Wilfried Ndidi so far.

Ndidi skips down the right, but his cross is rather rushed and cleared.

Then, Abdul Fatawa drops a shoulder and looks to burn off Cam Pring, but he gets a touch to concede a corner.

A rejuvenated Millwall under Neil Harris welcome promotion hopefuls West Brom in the second of today's early kick-offs.

The Lions will be looked to bounce back from their first defeat since Harris return, having been beaten by Leeds before the international break.

Carlos Corberan's Baggies are looking to extend their unbeaten run to seven matches today.

The return of Austria international Andreas Weimann is one of two changes the visitors have made for today's trip.

Enzo Maresca looks pretty emotionless here, but with his freshly touched-up beard, there will be plenty going on in his mind.

Leicester have not come here and dominated, far from it so far.

  10. Postpublished at 21 mins

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

Bristol City patiently move the ball around, Cam Pring crosses but the ball is headed behind by Leicester.

Scott Twine goes deep with the set-piece, but the header from Haydon Roberts sails through harmlessly to Mads Hermansen.

  11. Postpublished at 19 mins

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

With Bristol City demanding a penalty, Leicester storm up the other end, with James Justin lashing wide of the target.

Boos continue to prickle from the home support in angst.

  12. 'Great shout for a penalty'published at 12:48 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

    Gary Owers
Former Bristol City midfielder on BBC Radio Bristol

That is a great shout for a penalty as he has got in the wrong side of the defender and the defender knows that as well.

Why does he need to go down there?

I think it is a penalty.

Tommy Conway is in there saying his shirt was tugged.

  13. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 17 mins

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

Tommy Conway goes down in the box after getting goal-side of Wout Faes, but the Bristol City striker's appeals are not heard by Andrew Kitchen.

    Boos from around the ground.

  14. 'An entertaining first 16 minutes here'published at 12:47 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

Brilliant combination play in midfield from Bristol City.

Good opportunities inside the box, clear sights of goal.

An entertaining first 16 minutes here.

  15. GREAT SAVE!published at 16 mins

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

Superb double save from Mads Hermansen, who twice denies Bristol City with stunning efforts.

Anis Mehmeti rolled a slide-rule into the path of Tommy Conway, who held out Wout Faes and fired across goal.

Hermansen beats away the first effort, and then recovers to turn away Scott Twine's snap-shot on the rebound.

    Outstanding.

  16. Postpublished at 14 mins

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

Bristol City are really loading up on Leicester wideman Stephy Mavididi when they can, but still the Derby-born, London-raised winger causes them problems.

He danced to the byline and squared looking for Jamie Vardy but it was cut out.

Again he came down that flank, but was muscled out. Wanted a free-kick, got nowt.

  17. Postpublished at 12 mins

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

    Lovely football from Bristol City.

Matty James sweeps it out to George Tanner on the right and he slips it down the line to Anis Mehmeti.

His cross is to the back post, headed back to Haydon Roberts, who threads a fine pass to Tommy Conway, but his low shot is straight at Mads Hermansen.

Then Jason Knight zips a ball through for Conway, but Jannik Vestergaard gets across to deny him space and it's an easy claim for Leicester.

  18. 'Spring sunshine' in Bristolpublished at 12:40 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

    Ali Durden
    BBC Radio Bristol commentator

It does feel like Saturday this Easter Friday, a lovely picture here with the spring sunshine peeking through.

Let us hope City can play with a little spring in their step today as well.

  19. Postpublished at 10 mins

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

First proper save, albeit not causing Mads Hermansen any issues in the Leicester goal, as he gets down to gather Jason Knight's skittering low shot.

  20. Postpublished at 8 mins

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

Sun is out, but it's a very breezy day,

Anis Mehmeti looks to jink beyond Leicester defender Jannik Vestergaard, but the Bristol City wideman is foiled.

Mads Hermansen is under pressure from a James Justin backpass but clears. Then Rob Dickie almost lets in Jamie Vardy at the other end, but the Robins centre-half recovers to snuff it out.
