The importance of Middlesbrough getting into half-time level - it's massively important so they can re-jig a bit. The left hand side is flaky and Ipswich are getting too much joy up there.

    Hull 2-0 QPR

    Ben Croucher
BBC Final Score at the MKM Stadium

Considering Hull City hadn't won at home in more than two months, just where is the flair and confidence coming from?

The crowd rise an octave every time Omur, Carvalho and Seri get on the ball, wriggle past a couple of challenges and create more opportunities.

And Jaden Philogene is such a joy to watch, terrorising Jimmy Dunne in the QPR defence. If he'd backed up his two goals in two games with a final ball, Hull would be out of sight.

Liam Rosenior was right when he said this Championship play-off race is not over by any stretch.
