How has Stina Blackstenius missed that attempt?

England are so fortunate, Blackstenius has broken through and the space was there - England have been so open defensively.

It is harder to miss that chance than score it.

What a huge, huge chance that was for Sweden to take the lead. Stina Blackstenius had completely beaten her Arsenal team-mate Lotte Wubben-Moy for pace and I can't believe she's missed the target!

Off goes Lauren James for England, she's replaced by Beth Mead, who gets a big roar of appreciation from the home supporters.

A let off for England!

Stina Blackstenius has to score here, she gets free and loses her marker, driving through the middle of the park. She has the whole goal to aim at but just drags her shot inches wide.

England have got away with one there.

Such an easy goal for Sweden to score. Fridolina Rolfo got the beating of her Barcelona team-mate, drifting in behind Lucy Bronze unnoticed for an easy nod-in at the back post.

Bronze switched off completely and that could be so costly.

It's poor marking from England.

Every single player is ball-watching, nobody has a clue where the Swedish players are.

Nobody gets close enough to stop the ball coming in and Fridolina Rolfo at the back post nods it in - fantastic header.

Sweden are going to make a couple of changes, off go Kosovare Asllani and Jonna Andersson. On come Amanda Nilden and Rosa Kafaji.

Can they spark this game into a bit of life? It's all a bit flat at the moment.

The only shot on target for either side so far has been England's first-half goal.

Sweden have had five attempts but Mary Earps has not had a save to make.

Sweden have a corner. Alex Greenwood not very happy, she thought that should've been a goal kick.

The visitors are convinced they should've had a penalty in there, they thought Lauren Hemp had cleared the ball with her hand but it was in fact her shoulder.

England win a corner but Lucy Bronze's header is straight at goalkeeper Jennifer Falk.

Many of the 60,000-odd in the crowd were hoping for a statement performance from the European champions.

It has not been that so far - but England just need to win to get their qualifying campaign off to the perfect start.

The crowd have been entertaining themselves with paper planes, camera lights and drums.

Hopefully Ella Toone can give them some more entertainment on the pitch.

Off goes Grace Clinton, she's replaced by Ella Toone.

Sarina Wiegman is just giving a bit of information to Ella Toone, who looks like she may be preparing to come on for England.

It's certainly not a classic, this one.

Stina Blackstenius picks up the ball on the right and drives forward but Lotte Wubben-Moy is there to turn behind for a corner.

Those two will be used to facing up against each other in training at Arsenal, of course.

My only concern is how disjointed England seem to be in defence.

They will be on the front-foot, but they end up being drawn out of possession and then they are exposed.

Sweden break early on but England are able to clear the danger. No change to their tactics.

England have talent on the bench, will Sarina Wiegman turn to them as the game goes on?

Back under way at Wembley, will we get some more goals?
