  1. goal

GOAL - Fulham 1-2 Liverpoolpublished at 17:43 British Summer Time 21 April

    Ryan Gravenberch

Wow, what a way to score your first Premier League goal.

A loose Fulham pass across the centre of the pitch is cut out by Harvey Elliott. He rolls it into Ryan Gravenberch just outside the box and the Dutch midfielder sets himself before hitting it with a bit of swerve to go in off the post.

The summer signing didn't have a great first half but what a way to respond. Timely.

Andy Robertson plays a ball into the Fulham box and defender Tosin Adarabioyo can only turn it into the path of Diogo Jota.

The Liverpool forward plays it back for Harvey Elliott but the former Fulham midfielder drags his shot well wide, much to the delight of the home fans.

  3. 'Liverpool's bench could be crucial'published at 17:40 British Summer Time 21 April

    Fulham 1-1 Liverpool

The longer this game stays level, the more that could become a major factor. You just look at Liverpool's bench, they can bring on Salah and Nunez to name a couple.

I did think Muniz did really well in that first half up front, often on his own.

Trent might enjoy hushing the crowd as his goal celebration but the truth is he’s a defender who can’t defend. His ability on set-pieces has never been in doubt but that equaliser was set up by a cross from his side. He needs to work on his defending more.

  8. It was such a strong performance - Diabypublished at 17:34 British Summer Time 21 April

    FT: Aston Villa 3-1 Bournemouth

    Aston Villa

Aston Villa goalscorer Mousa Diaby, speaking to Sky Sports: "It’s very happy today because it was such a strong performance. We need to play well to get three points at home in front of our fans. The race for Champions League, it is a good win and chance to get more points.

"We know Bournemouth is a good team. A lot of contact, but we had to stay calm to score our first goal. After the second half, we had a really good half, and we scored two goals."

On Ollie Watkins: "Everyone knows Ollie is very good striker. He helped the team a lot with a lot of goals, a lot of assists. [He had] a good game today and I am happy for him even if he does not score. I am sure he will score in the next game."

On Morgan Rogers: "Morgan is a good player, he came in January, helped the team. He can play left wing and second striker and today [he had] a strong performance. [He] scored the second goal and I hope he will score more goals."

  9. Premier League title race - as it standspublished at 17:33 British Summer Time 21 April

    Fulham 1-1 Liverpool

As it stands, Liverpool will remain third in the Premier League, a point behind Manchester City, who will have a game in hand.

If the Reds can find a winner in this second half, though, they'll go level with leaders Arsenal with just five games left to play.

  10. 'We have to take our chances'published at 17:30 British Summer Time 21 April

    FT: Aston Villa 3-1 Bournemouth

    Bournemouth

Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola, speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "We had a very good first half, it was difficult against Aston Villa but we were doing the things we wanted.

"We couldn’t find this level in the second half. They have top forwards in really good form - Ollie Watkins, Leon Bailley, Moussa Diaby. We were taking the risk and leaving bigger spaces and couldn’t deal with the situation.

"You have to take your chances against this type of opposition in this type of stadium. We probably should damage them more, like the past week against Manchester United. Second half things became more difficult. We weren’t as solid and they pushed us a lot running back so it was more difficult to attack."

On getting Bournemouth to a record Premier League points tally: "That’s what we are trying to do. We have a really difficult schedule to end the season. We have to be at our best. Have to keep focus, intensity. You cannot make mistakes against these types of teams."

  13. 'Brilliant finish'published at 17:20 British Summer Time 21 April

    Fulham 1-1 Liverpool

    Mark Schwarzer
Former Australia keeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

It's a great run into the box. Castagne places it into the bottom corner, it is a brilliant finish. Some really good defensive blocks from Liverpool but Castagne gets there and smashes it into the bottom corner.

It was a really good strike. Quansah does really well to block Muniz's header, but it goes straight to Castagne.

  14. goal

GOAL - Fulham 1-1 Liverpoolpublished at 17:17 British Summer Time 21 April

    Timothy Castagne

With half-time approaching, Liverpool fail to keep hold of it to run down the clock and the title chasers are punished.

A left-wing cross goes through to Alex Iwobi on the right and he turns it back in from inside the box.

Rodrigo Muniz has a header blocked by Jarell Quansah but the ball comes out to Fulham full-back Timothy Castagne, whose sidefooted effort goes beyond Alisson and the covering Wataru Endo on the goal-line into the bottom corner.

  16. 'Liverpool's left side is non-existent'published at 17:15 British Summer Time 21 April

    Fulham 0-1 Liverpool

    Mark Schwarzer
Former Australia keeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

Liverpool's left-hand side has been virtually non-existent so far. Gravenberch has been very quiet and it has been unlike their other side, which is where all their play is coming from.

    Fulham 0-1 Liverpool

    Mark Schwarzer

It's a great move from Fulham. They win the ball really high up. Muniz does well to get a shot on goal in the end, but Alisson did well to stay on his feet and make the save.

  19. CLOSE!published at 17:12 British Summer Time 21 April
