Twenty minutes ago, it looked highly unlikely Aberdeen would get back into this game, but the changes have certainly had an impact. Game on!

Talking of substitutes, James Forrest is looking for his second goal since coming on for Celtic.

The winger takes a swing with the outside of his boot, but this time it is too close to goalkeeper Kelle Roos.

Aberdeen looked like they were down and out, but somehow they have been able to turn this game around.

Both managers need to take credit for their substitutions. That's Hoilett setting up Sokler for Aberdeen.

That's a huge opportunity.

Sokler to Miovski, he could go himself, but I think it's the right option to go to Hoilett, but it's a poor first touch from Hoilett and the chance goes because he takes that touch so far wide.

But that's how Aberdeen can get back into the game.

Aberdeen lose Nicky Devlin as the defender limps off to be replaced with Jack Milne.

Meanwhile, striker Ester Sokler replaces Dante Polvara.

Some laughed when Brendan Rodgers suggested James Forrest is Celtic's best winger despite the veteran Scotland international rarely being played by the Northern Irishman this season.

However, the Celtic stalwart is living up to the billing as he teases the Dons defence again before firing straight at goalkeeper Kelle Roos.

I don't think too many people were excited when Celtic signed Adam Idah, but he's shown he knows where the goal is. He's a good option for Celtic.

Kyogo never stops moving, he makes pass after pass, but Idah's a different proposition, a more physical presence.

No signs of an Aberdeen revival.

Only a couple of desperate, last-ditch challenges deny James Forrest a second goal and Reo Hatate wriggling free inside the penalty box.

James Forrest is Celtic's Mr Reliable and after curling that beauty into the bottom corner, made a beeline for boss Brendan Rodgers, who points back in his direction as if to say: "you're the man".

Meanwhile, after snuffing out an Aberdeen counter-attack by effortlessly robbing Jack MacKenzie, Cameron Carter-Vickers gives fellow defender Alastair Johnston a mouthful for being too gung-ho and leaving gaps at the back. You wouldn't argue with the big fella, would you?

Aberdeen interim boss Peter Leven makes his first change, with Junior Hoilett replacing Duk on the wing.

More changes for Celtic too as Adam Idah comes on for Kyogo Furuhashi up front.

I hadn't time to tell you about that double substitution before James Forrest announced his arrival with his goal.

Manager Brendan Rodgers had decided returning captain Callum McGregor has run his race, replacing him with Tomoki Iwata, while Forrest replaced Yang Hyun-jun on the wing.

What a decision that has proved to be.

What an impact! That is why Brendan Rodgers is making the decisions down there!

Forrest takes the opportunity to cut inside once again, this time he goes for precision rather than power, finds a way to that back post.

I don't know if Jack MacKenzie in front puts Kelle Roos off. But Angus MacDonald has to deal with that for me.
