  1. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 44mins

    Aberdeen 1-1 Celtic

Aberdeen striker Bojan Miovski is screaming for a penalty as he is challenged by Liam Scales.

It does appear to brush the central defender's fist inside the penalty box.

    VAR is checking...

  2. GREAT SAVE!published at 40mins

    Aberdeen 1-1 Cetic

Leighton Clarkson's poor free-kick deceives everyone apart from Stefan Gartenmann.

The Dons centre-half is free at the back post, but Joe Hart makes himself big and blocks the shot. Excellent stop from the veteran former England goalkeeper.

  3. Postpublished at 39mins

    Aberdeen 1-1 Celtic

That goal has settled Celtic and they again threaten.

Alistair Johnston this time eyes the goal and the right-back sends a stinging low drive a yard or so wide of the far post.

  4. Postpublished at 38mins

    Aberdeen 1-1 Celtic

Returning Celtic captain Callum McGregor has struggled to be as influential as usual.

However, the Scotland midfielder finds some space 18 yards out and lashes a drive a yard over the crossbar.

The Dons have coped well with the disappointment of that needlessly conceded equaliser.

There's still something amiss with Celtic's balance.

Yang is offering little down the left, while the normally productive midfield of McGregor, O'Riley and Hatate hasn't been allowed to impact the game much thus far.

Aberdeen's shape, energy and aggression have a lot to do with that.

No surprise that celebrity Celtic fan and rock singer Rod Stewart and son are at Hampden.

  8. Too brave at backpublished at 13:00 British Summer Time 20 April

    Aberdeen 1-1 Celtic

    James McFadden
Former Scotland forward on BBC One Scotland

I think the instruction would be to be brave on the ball and don't force it. But there's a time and a place and, being the last man, turning your back and not being able to play that pass to your goalkeeper.

It is a gift, but you have to be able to take that opportunity as well.

When you're 1-0 up in a game of this size, playing as well as you are, you cannot be giving away opportunities like that.

  10. What a blow!published at 12:56 British Summer Time 20 April

    Aberdeen 1-1 Celtic

    Willie Miller
Former Aberdeen captain on BBC Sportsound

Aberdeen were looking confident, perhaps over confident from Angus MacDonald, who has been excellent since coming back into the team.

But you cannot give Kyogo that opportunity.

    What a blow!

  11. MacDonald had to get rid of itpublished at 12:55 British Summer Time 20 April

    Aberdeen 1-1 Celtic

    Pat Bonner
Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Sportsound

You just can't do that, can you? Give Celtic those opportunities.

The ball is stuck under Angus MacDonald's feet. He's rolled it under his foot - get it to the goalkeeper, get rid of it!

  12. goal

GOAL Aberdeen 1-1 Celticpublished at 12:53 British Summer Time 20 April

    Nicolas Kuhn

    Well, that didn't last long!

Nightmare for stand-in Dons captain Angus MacDonald as he dallies on the ball and is dispossessed by Kyogo Furuhashi.

The striker's shot is blocked by Stefan Gartenmann, but Nicolas Kuhn is on hand to slot into the empty net.

  13. 'Celtic rattled'published at 12:52 British Summer Time 20 April

    Aberdeen 1-0 Celtic

    Pat Bonner
Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Sportsound

Celtic are looking rattled. They haven't been allowed to settle in the game.

Celtic will get chances, but the way Aberdeen have gone about it so far is excellent. They're very intimidating and haven't allowed Celtic to control the game.

  14. Miovski 1-0 Kyogopublished at 12:51 British Summer Time 20 April

    Aberdeen 1-0 Celtic

Some might have raised an eyebrow at Bojan Miovski being named in the PFA Scotland team of the year this morning ahead of Celtic counterpart Kyogo Furuhashi.

The Macedonia international Miovski has been struggling to find the net in recent weeks - especially away from Pittodrie.

But that's his 24th goal of the season - and he seems to rise to the big occasion.

Kyogo's 17 goals are fewer than expected after his fine season last term, with the suggestion Brendan Rodgers' system is less suited to his style than last term under Ange Postecoglou. But the Japan striker has looked back to his best recently - can he bring Celtic back into the game?

  16. Roos expected to savepublished at 12:46 British Summer Time 20 April

    Aberdeen 1-0 Celtic

    Pat Bonner

Kyogo controlled that beautifully, but if Kelle Roos was beat by that, I think he'd be very disappointed.

  17. Postpublished at 13mins

    Aberdeen 1-0 Celtic

Another sight at goal for Celtic.

Kyogo Furuhashi gathers brilliantly from a long ball into the Aberdeen penalty box and fires a shot from an acute angle that goalkeeper Kelle Roos manages to deal with.

  18. Scored too soon?published at 12:40 British Summer Time 20 April

    Aberdeen 1-0 Celtic

    Kheredine Idessane
    BBC Scotland at Hampden Park

Could the Aberdeen fans make themselves heard? You better believe it.

Bojan Miovski's been the main man for them this season, but that's just his second goal in his last dozen games.

It's given the red end of Hampden exactly the start they wanted, though the Celtic fans are still full of song. They think the Dons have scored too soon.

  19. Postpublished at 12:39 British Summer Time 20 April

    Aberdeen 1-0 Celtic

Chance for Celtic to strike back immediately.

Goalkeeper Kelle Roos can only get a finger tip to Nicolas Kuhn's chip into the six-yard box and fellow winger Yang Hyun-jun heads over at the back post.

  20. 'What a start!'published at 12:37 British Summer Time 20 April

    Aberdeen 1-0 Celtic

    Willie Miller
Former Aberdeen captain on BBC Sportsound

He's the key man for Aberdeen and he's found his form at the right moment early in this semi-final.

His run is fabulous, the pass is superb, the finish is calm and cool and Miovski all day long.

    What a start!
