Waiting for quotes from Hamilton and Rosberg. It could be a long wait...

"I have just spoken to Mercedes and they said we won't be here when the drivers come out. What a disaster today has been for Mercedes."

So Max Verstappen, Kimi Raikkonen and Sebastian Vettel are all on mediums and should get to the end of the race.

Leader Daniel Ricciardo, though, is on softs and he will have to stop.

When shall we start getting excited about a potential Max Verstappen win?

Daniel Ricciardo leads Max Verstappen by nine seconds but he just put in a stinker of a lap, a 1:30 and lost two seconds to his Red Bull team-mate.

Verstappen is carrying on about his business. Cool, calm, confident. A fantastic performance from him this weekend.

Once again, Sebastian Vettel is the fastest man on the track as he flies round in 1:27.974 and he has taken a chunk out of Kimi Raikkonen's advantage over him. Five seconds between the two.

  11. 'The atmosphere is not good'published at 14:05 British Summer Time 15 May 2016

    BBC Radio 5 Live

Some more quotes from Mercedes boss Toto Wolff, who is asked for his reaction to Niki Lauda's comments, after the non-executive chairman blamed Lewis Hamilton for his first lap collision with team-mate Nico Rosberg.

"Niki is a racing driver, he has the instinct as a racing driver and it is black and white - it is either your fault or not," Wolff tells BBC Radio 5 live.

"But when you look at the data and pictures it is not clear cut. The atmosphere is not good because we had a potential one-two and this is a very difficult moment again.

"This is Spa again in terms of the result but as a team we have grown and matured since then."

  12. Lap 39/66published at 14:04 British Summer Time 15 May 2016

Jolyon Palmer, who is running in 15th, is told to get out of the way of race leader Daniel Ricciardo.

"I can hardly see him in my mirrors," he responds.

Just do it, is basically the reply.

  13. Lap 38/66published at 14:03 British Summer Time 15 May 2016

Sebastian Vettel is DEFINITELY stopping this time. In he comes, mediums bolted on and he is sent on his way to finish off the race. He is back out in fourth, seven seconds behind Kimi Raikkonen in third.

  14. Lap 37/66published at 14:01 British Summer Time 15 May 2016

The Ferrari pit crew get ready for a stop. Sebastian Vettel in already? No, he carries on past the pit entrance. It's not for Kimi Raikkonen either. Not sure what they were up to there.

Anyway, Daniel Ricciardo is the race leader, ahead of Vettel.

And in comes Kimi Raikkonen for more mediums and is back out in fourth, behind Max Verstappen. You'd imagine those two will get to the end of the race on those harder tyres.

  17. 'A lot of effort has been thrown away'published at 13:59 British Summer Time 15 May 2016

Rosberg or Hamilton? Who is to blame for the first lap crash? Mercedes boss Toto Wolff tries to be diplomatic.

He tells BBC Radio 5 live: "They are both upset, upset for themselves and the team. They were both apologetic towards the team. We have lost a potential one-two, a potential 43 points and a lot of effort has been thrown away.

"It is a very difficult situation and it is not clear cut so I would not want to blame either of them at this point. It is not 100% for one and 0% for the other."

  18. Lap 35/66published at 13:59 British Summer Time 15 May 2016

Max Verstappen pits from the lead and takes on more softs before rejoining the action in fourth. The Red Bull mechanics shake hands after a swift stop.

Meanwhile, Kimi Raikkonen is the race leader, but you would imagine Ferrari will respond to Red Bull calling in Verstappen and do likewise.

  19. Lap 34/66published at 13:57 British Summer Time 15 May 2016

Halfway through the race and the top 10 is:

    1) Verstappen 2) Raikkonen 3) Ricciardo 4) Vettel 5) Bottas 6) Sainz 7) Perez 8) Button 9) Alonso 10) Massa

  20. 'Hamilton-Rosberg incident not clear cut'published at 13:56 British Summer Time 15 May 2016

Mercedes boss Toto Wolff, speaking to Channel 4: "Niki Lauda has the drivers' opinion and instinct reaction and it is fair enough. From a teams perspective we have looked at all the pictures and looked at the data and it is not clear cut.

"Lewis tried to dive in, Nico closed the door so I would say let's wait for what the stewards say.

"Both of them were upset about the situation and they know what effort went into building the car and there was not any finger pointing."

Asked if he would be tempted to change things, he said: "No. We didn't have such an incident for a long time. If you let them race and if you don;'t have team orders there will be contact. I am upset and angry about it but I don't think I will change the approach."
