I think we're going to see the two-hour limit come in now rather than the 78 laps because this race has been so slow so far.
Daniil Kvyat is the fastest man on the track right now, lapping 20 seconds quicker than his fellow drivers as he plays catch up after his technical troubles earlier.

In these conditions it heightens the senses. Any small mistake, like just touching that white line, can put you in the barrier.

Still the safety car continues to trundle around the track...
Kevin Magnussen is the latest to have a whine about still being behind the safety car. "Come on!" he says.
There doesn't appear to be any rain falling and there are some dry lines appearing now on the track. Surely it will be in soon?
Back to the pitlane for Daniil Kvyat as the rest of the field continues to follow the safety car.

We've got to keep an eye out for Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button because they feel their car can be very good in these conditions.
Daniil Kvyat is back out after his steering wheel change but its cost him. He is a lap down and it seems there is more bad news.
"I'm still stuck in constant speed," he says over team radio.

It's treacherous out there right now. A safety car start is very difficult - they are driving very slowly so the tyres are losing temperature. They will be weaving around but with that nervousness that too much weaving will put them in the barrier.
"I'm stuck in constant speed guys," reports Daniil Kvyat. A problem already for the Toro Rosso and he pits to get his steering wheel changed.
