It could be quite an intriguing day tomorrow. Plenty of questions.

    Will Mercedes' dominance continue?

Can Ferrari or Red Bull pull their fingers out?

Will Esteban Guitierrez make it a double century of visits to the run-off area?

Join us at 10:30 BST tomorrow for FP3 and then qualifying, when we will have all the answers.

Williams didn't have it all their way today though.

Felipe Massa was 1.3 seconds down on his team-mate Valtteri Bottas.

You have to scan your eyes down all the way to P7 to find a Red Bull on that classification.

And you need to go down one place further if you're looking for a Ferrari.

It's unlikely that will play out in qualifying and on race day, right?

It's quite an unfamiliar look to the board between P3 and P6.

Sergio Perez in P3, Valtteri Bottas P4, Nico Hulkenberg P5 and Carlos Sainz P6.

  6. Hamilton quickest in FP2published at 15:33 British Summer Time 17 June 2016

So, Lewis Hamilton is comfortably quickest today.

Nico Rosberg was 0.7secs slower and up to nine tenths off the pace in the qualifying runs.

Bug shout out to Sergio Perez, who takes P3 for Force India.

While Lewis Hamilton finishes top of the pile, Nico Rosberg passes the time by engaging in a photo shoot.

Wait until he unleashes that mane of blond locks from under that helmet.

Sebastian Vettel tells his Ferrari team he'll be slowing down and boxing.

So, moments after Kimi Raikkonen seems to have an issue, Vettel is having problems.

    Frustrating for Ferrari.

Debate about how many times Esteban Gutierrez has gone into the run-off.

Daniel Burns: I thought that it was the 174th time...

And just as Esteban Gutierrez escapes a run-off, Kimi Raikkonen misjudges a turn and finds himself in the same place.

Rather than turning the car around, he decides he's had enough and unpops his steering wheel and trudges off.

    Classic Kimi.

To be fair - it looks like there's an issue with the car.

Hmmm. Not sure if this is related to Gutierrez's brush with the wall a few moments ago, but he's in the run-off area for the 173rd time today.

Lovely doughnut turn to get himself facing back the other way though.

Lewis Hamilton stayed out by the way and is on 28 laps for the session.

Esteban Guitierrez, meanwhile, rearranges a bit of the paint work on the wall through the narrow slalom in the old town. It looks like there's not too much damage.

Lovely 360 by Carlos Sainz going into Turn One. That'll create a few flat spots.

Everyone except Nico Rosberg and Felipe Massa are out - although it looks like Lewis Hamilton may be going straight back in.

Ten minutes to go - Hamilton leads, followed by Rosberg, Perez and Bottas.

Dylan Crawley: Reason for second Williams being off the pace? It should have Button behind the wheel! Roll on 2017 for that lineup!

Sebastian Vettel: "I'm losing tyre temperature like crazy, because... I dunno, it looks like Alonso is on a bus tour around Baku."

Seb and Fernando have their history - and Vettel is not impressed with getting stuck behind the Spaniard.

Alonso is the ambassador for this race, to be fair, so maybe he'd give a decent guided tour.
