Fingers crossed all is OK with Jenson Button.

That's all from us but keep an eye on Andrew Benson's report for any further update on the Briton.

We'll be back for coverage of final practice at 09:30 BST tomorrow as Mercedes look to press home their dominance.

    Cheerio.

A bit more encouraging for Ferrari as Sebastian Vettel finished third quickest, two tenths of a second down on Lewis Hamilton. However, if we are to assume Hamilton can and will find a bit more, then that gap could be bigger come tomorrow.

We didn't see much of Jenson Button towards the end of that session. The reason? He had gone to the medical centre with "an irritation". Intriguing.

Mercedes are going to walk it. About a country mile behind them are the Red Bulls and the Ferraris and the Force Indias and McLarens.

The excitement of long runs has become too much for one young fan in the stands. He's fallen asleep on his mum's lap.

Don't worry, kid, there's just one minute left.

Rosberg was two tenths quicker on the super-softs and guess what? Rosberg is about two tenths quicker on the softs. It does look like Hamilton could be having a bit of a difficult day.

Lewis Hamilton ain't happy. Just as he was leaving the pits the Red Bull of Daniel Ricciardo flashed by as the Australian passed one of the Manors.

"That was really dangerous," says Hamilton.

Josh Sandrone: Lewis will find at least 2 tenths as he is a born racing driver

Nico Rosberg is going to finish the day fastest. His time - a 1:15.614 - nearly four tenths of a second quicker than Lewis Hamilton.

There's little doubting Hamilton will find a bit more tomorrow to close the gap, but will he find enough? Rosberg has certainly looked more 'on it' so far today.

A very wobbly moment for Sebastian Vettel. His steering wheels snaps left and right as he tries to keep control, which he just about does to avoid going off circuit. He's done 22 laps on the softs he's currently got bolted on to his Ferrari.

He's been lapping about eight tenths of a second slower than Kimi Raikkonen.

Whatever Hamilton is doing they will have a plan and they will stick to the plan. Yes he will have to take this penalty at some point, most likely at Spa because you overtake there but he is using the penalty as a tool because he likes to appear as the underdog.

Phil Slocombe: Lewis doing enough to get the job done whilst preserving his engine. Letting Nico thrash his engine.
