We know Sebastian Vettel is eliminated, but who is joining him?

You have to ask what on earth Ferrari are playing at at times this year. Sebastian Vettel radioed them to tell them something is wrong with the front of the car - perhaps a broken anti-roll bar. But he stays out - apparently, it seems, at the team’s request. But can’t do a lap good enough to get him out of Q1. Then he radios to say: “That was stupid. We’re losing time.” This is a long way from the first time there have been questionable calls from the Ferrari pit wall this year - one thinks of him questioning, and fundamentally ignoring, their strategy calls in Baku and Germany, and them arguably throwing away potential victories in Australia and Canada. Team boss Maurizio Arrivabene says they have everything they need to succeed - and don’t need anyone else. Really? You have to question that, and many things about that team at the moment.
The gloves are off for Sebastian Vettel. Literally. He's pulling off his gloves and is not going to have enough time to get back out there and last year's winner will start dead last.

This could be terminal for Vettel. He reported a problem early – he is miles off where he needs to be.
Sebastian Vettel pits and Ferrari get to work on his car. They are really up against it, just over two minutes left.
As it stands, he is on course to start the Singapore Grand Prix at the back of the grid.
No problems for Daniel Ricciardo as he leaps into P1 after a stonking lap - a 1:44.205 putting him 0.7s clear of the field.
Uh oh. Sebastian Vettel is in all sorts of trouble. He is currently propping up the timesheet and has a problem with his car.
"I think the front anti-roll bar broke," he says.
There's a new name a the top of the timesheet as Kimi Raikkonen goes quickest with 1:44.964. Max Verstappen then slots in second, just eight hundredths of a second slower than the Ferrari.
Fernando Alonso, on ultras, nudges down Carlos Sainz to go third quickest as the times continue to tumble. The Spaniard is a whole second quicker than Jenson Button.
A belting lap from Carlos Sainz! The Toro Rosso driver is faster than anyone through the middle sector and he goes third quickest with 1:45.499. That's some impressive pace he has got out of the supersofts.
It's not been a great weekend for Jenson Button so far but he goes third, 1.2s down on Lewis Hamilton but he is a second faster than Romain Grosjean.
...and he goes two tenths of a second quicker than Nico Rosberg to move into P1.
Romain Grosjean won't have pleased his employers by calling his Haas "the worst car ever" in final practice earlier. He has just gone fourth quickest with 1:47.609s.
