    Lap 43/53

Lewis Hamilton, pushing the limits, gets it all wrong at a chicane and has to cut across the corner. That's more time lost on Nico.

His team tell him he is "not in safety car" distance - which basically means get a shifty on.

He's also told to be careful with the lock ups.

The problem you have around this track is that although both Mercedes are on the mediums, you still have to manage it, you can't go flat out and it is difficult to cool the tyres here.

What we have seen from Lewis Hamilton is him having to back off and I think he has too much to do to generally battle Rosberg for the lead of this grand prix.

    Lap 40/53

Nico Rosberg is looking very untroubled for the second week running. He has almost 11 seconds on Lewis Hamilton who is lapping about 0.3secs quicker, but that is nowhere near enough with 13 laps to go.

Fissuh Hailu: C'mon Hamilton! Hammer it please.

PhilSlocombe: Lewis needs to keep pushing to draw a mistake from Nico, probably while he is trying to cope with traffic.

Daniil Kvyat is being investigated for speeding in the pit-lane.

I didn't think life could get any more miserable for Kvyat.

Cryptic from Fernando Alonso. His team tell him he should be going for 'Plan A', he responds and says: "I don't know what you mean. The question is to go to Plan B or Plan C."

Lewis Hamilton is driving an absolute blinder and there is every chance he can end up on the gearbox of his team-mate but what is going to be difficult is to overtake someone in exactly the same car here.
