    Kimi Raikkonen appears to have forgotten who was the race leader at one point...

    "How did I end up behind Bottas," he asks.

    "He was in the lead, Kimi," is the reply.

    "Ah.. OK."

    "Pace is very good," Sebastian Vettel is told. 

    He has a 20 second lead over Valtteri Bottas but won't get to the end of the race on these tyres. He will have to stop.

    Hot stuff. There's a lick of fire as Lewis Hamilton's front left is swapped for supersofts. 

    The Mercedes pit crew get the job done and he is back out in fourth behind Kimi Raikkonen.

    Sebastian Vettel continues to stay out with everyone behind him - apart from Nico Hulkenberg in seventh - having pitted.

    Scratch that. Kimi Raikkonen is the first Ferrari to pit. Supersofts on and he comes out behind Valtteri Bottas in fourth.

    Race leader Sebastian Vettel and Lewis Hamilton, now second, are yet to pit.

    Sebastian Vettel is 20.2 seconds ahead of Valtteri Bottas. 

    Kimi Raikkonen is desperate to stop. "The rear is going," he says but he is being kept out for now.

    Vettel, you would think, will be brought in first by Ferrari.

    "Push now," Sebastian Vettel is told. 

    The Ferrari is now the race leader, scuppering Mercedes' record of having led every lap at every Russian Grand Prix.

    And now Valtteri Bottas does pit from the lead. Supersofts go onto his Mercedes and he comes back out behind his team-mate Lewis Hamilton in fourth.

    Valtteri Bottas is coming up the backmarkers now as Sebastian Vettel goes fastest of all, bringing the gap down to 3.2 seconds.

    "All the stops are behind us," he is told.

    Hamilton trails Kimi Raikkonen by 3.8 seconds.

    Good news for Lewis Hamilton. He is told that the temperatures are starting to stop so will be able to have another crack at catching Kimi Raikkonen.

    Meanwhile, Sebastian Vettel goes half a second quicker than Valtteri Bottas on their latest laps. The gap is down to 4.3 seconds.

    The first of the leading pack pits as Felipe Massa heads in from sixth. Supersofts are bolted onto the Williams.

    Daniil Kvyat and Kevin Magnussen do likewise and head in to switch to the supersofts. Back out in 13th and 14th respectively.

    Pascal Wehrlein pits, takes on a fresh set of supersofts and is back out in 16th. He should be able to get to the end of this race on those tyres.
