Five minutes until lunch. Will anyone sneak a tiny bit more running in before the break or is it all hands to the buffet?

The session is stopped for the fourth time this morning, and it's deja vu.

A 1:18.634 for Raikkonen on super-softs. Could Mercedes do that? Possibly. Possibly not.

Kimi Raikkonen teased us earlier with a 1:19.019 and now he's gone even quicker!

The flying Finn becomes the first driver in testing to dip below 1:19 as he slams in a mighty 1:18.634 on the super-softs.

Will that be enough to coax Mercedes into a response before lunch?

    Not quite.

It's a  1:19.019 for the Finn. Close but no cigar.

Still the fastest time we've seen in testing so far.

Sergio Perez moves up to fifth with a 1:20.270 on supersofts.

Kimi Raikkonen is also on the track now with the red-walled compound on, can he dip into the 1:18s...?

I hope Fernando Alonso doesn't have a glance at the timing screen when he wanders back to the paddock. Ferrari have just just gone top of the timesheet as Kimi Raikkonen does 1:19.267 on softs.

Ferrari-Red Bull-Mercedes at the top of the pile.

F1 journalist Dan Knutson in Barcelona: Valtteri Bottas did his 1:19 845 on the super softs, followed by a slow lap in 1:42.212. It was supposed to be a three-lap run but then the red flags came out.
