Kimi Raikkonen is under investigation for failing to slow under yellow flags. The Finn is currently third.
That message is followed by Lewis Hamilton heading into the pits. A smooth stop and he is back out in fourth on the softs with Sebastian Vettel elevated into the lead.

Vettel is just keeping Hamilton there. One mistake from Hamilton and he will be right in that DRS zone...
Those two, by the way, are the only drivers lapping in the 1:49s. Valtteri Bottas, in third, was over a second slower on his last lap.
Lewis Hamilton isn't making massive gains on Sebastian Vettel. The Briton is 1.6 seconds ahead after a 1:49.958 but Vettel then sets another fastest lap of the race with a 1:49.911.
Meanwhile, a couple of early stops as Jolyon Palmer and Marcus Ericsson pit and take on softs.
Kevin Magnussen also wants to pit. "We need to get off this tyre," he says about the ultra-soft tyres.

So disappointing for all those Dutch fans here. He says "unbelievable" but sadly it is believable because it has happened for often in recent weeks.
"Unbelievable," laments Max Verstappen as he climbs out and walks away from his car. He's retired from 50% of the races so far this season. Desperately frustrating times for the Dutchman.
Oh no!!
Max Verstappen is slowing. He's frantically trying different settings but none of them are working. He shakes his head as he prepares to park up.
That's a sixth retirement for the Dutchman, and here of all races...
Craig: There needs to be an "Alonso radio message" live feed. Normally the highlight of the race tbh.

Vettel is keeping him honest but Hamilton still has the edge in that first sector.
He is slowly but surely moving away from the clutches of the Ferrari driver.
Fernando Alonso is dropping further down the field as he watches Romain Grosjean skate by, relegating the Spaniard to 11th.
"I don't care about how far they are behind me," he says. "This is just a test."
Yep, Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel are striding ahead of their rivals. Valtteri Bottas, in third is five seconds behind Hamilton and 3.5s behind Vettel.
