A slight improvement for Lewis Hamilton as he does a 1:20.808. Not enough to nudge him higher than his current fourth position.
Hamilton and Kevin Magnussen are the only two drivers on the circuit at the moment.
Lewis Hamilton is back out on softs and improves with his first time in the 1:20s for today. He clocks a 1:20.941 to move up to fourth on the timing screens.

Kevin Magnussen hasn't been out for the while, with his Haas having had an ERS-related component issue. Seems like that has now been sorted and he should be back in the mix soon.

David Morris: I hate to say it, but with Mclaren’s issues this testing, is it now proof that it’s an issue with the team rather than engine manufacturer? Toro Rosso seem to be doing fine with Honda so far..
James Howe: I can't see a McLaren doing a representative race distance at all in these tests, why don't they spend the time rebuilding the car and ironing out the problems. Get a grip

The Red Bull came to a stop at Turn 1. It's being dealt with now so we should be back going again soon.

Several drivers are back out on the track after the McLaren red flag. Lewis Hamilton is one of them and he improves with 1:21.093 but remains fifth on the timesheet.
Stoffel is probably on first name terms with the driver of this car by now...
