Charles Leclerc, in his Sauber, is also in the top 10 at the moment.
Fernando Alonso is ninth, sweating on the last three minutes.
Sergey Sirotkin is hanging on to eighth at the moment. What a recovery it would be from the Formula 1 rookie if he can get himself into the top 10.
Remember, he smashed, and smashed hard, into the wall earlier today.
Esteban Ocon in his Force India is fifth, less than five tenths behind leader Lewis Hamilton and that should be enough for a place in Q3 for Ocon.
In danger...
Hamilton jumps to the top. That is him through into Q3. Kimi Raikkonen has seven minutes to save himself.
Work for Kimi Raikkonen and Lewis Hamilton to do. Raikkonen had gone off on sector one to make a hash of that lap.
Sebastian Vettel is third, that's him, Verstappen and Bottas all into the top 10.
Max Verstappen has done enough to get himself into the top 10 as well.
Jennifer Harris: At the rate vandoorne, external is going McLaren, external may have room for both LandoNorris, external and GeorgeRussell, external next year.
CountdownAus: Wow that is a fantastic result for Charles Leclerc, that kid is a monster.
11th for Leclerc, Vandoorne out in 16th.
Valtteri Bottas is quickest so far in Q2 with a time of 1:42.679 and that is him into the shootout for pole position.
We are down to 15 men left, the bottom five go at the end of Q2. We have just over 12 minutes left of that.
Brendon Hartley on team radio: "I was trying to get out of the way but it was too late - I feel pretty stupid. Sorry."
An angry Pierre Gasly: "What did he do? Unacceptable!"
Race engineer: "He had a puncture - he can't do anything."
We are hearing that Brendon Hartley had a puncture, hence why he was going so slowly in the middle of the track, but he was right in the middle of the racing line.
A lucky, lucky escape for both men.

That Toro Rosso farce means both of their drivers are out in Q1.
Marcus Ericsson is also gone. Lance Stroll, third here last season, just about hauls himself into Q2, at the expense of Stoffel Vandoorne and the McLaren man is out.
Romain Grosjean did not set a time.
So, so close to Gasly smashing at full speed into Hartley. It is one of those replays you watch with your hands in front of your face.
Almost disastrous.
