Hamilton has just gone ahead of Esteban Ocon, and obviously is on the freshest tyres on the grid. Fifth, next in his sights is team-mate Valtteri Bottas.

Hamilton is actually going a lot slower than Vettel. Hamilton does not have the pace at the moment and that is why Ferrari are staying out there.

Haas has replied to Magnussen after his complaint about debris at the hairpin:

"They won't clean the debris in corner six because they say it's offline," they say.

"It's blowing onto the line, there's wind," Magnussen counters.

Williams will be hoping they could press the reset button on this one. They are now under investigation for Sergey Sirotkin once more.

No work was allowed on his car during the 10-second stop-go penalty, but they may have fallen foul of the rules. One to look out for.

An aggressive move by Mercedes and Lewis Hamilton has the chance now to jump Vettel. This is crunch time now - Hamilton v Vettel and it's like a one-lap qualifying because I am sure Vettel will be pitting.

Lance Stroll didn't think he could get back to the pits, but just about does so at least he is in the race.

He comes back last. Williams last and 19th, and Sirotkin, in that 19th spot, is more than 16 seconds behind Romain Grosjean in 18th.

We thought it was Daniel Ricciardo's race to lose. His lead is nearly two seconds now. Earlier this week he talked of redemption in Monaco, after leading in 2016 only for a bungled pit stop, when Red Bull had the wrong tyres ready, and Lewis Hamilton won it with Ricciardo left in second.
