Pierre Gasly comes in from sixth. The red supersoft is his weapon of choice, as it is for Valtteri Bottas and Fernando Alonso. That means Max Verstappen, yet to come in, is now up to ninth after starting last.

Mercedes team radio to Lewis Hamilton: "Gap to Vettel now seven seconds."

"It is going to be bald by the end," replies Hamilton, referring to the tyre.

"You are all in the same boat at the moment."

Twenty started, 20 remain, but Lance Stroll and Sergey Sirotkin have both been lapped. Stroll did get to the pits in time, so is back out there. Keep going Lance, you never know.

And it gets even worse for Williams. Another problem for Stroll as he limps back to the pits, once more.

Lance Stroll is not exactly enjoying his Monaco Grand Prix experience. He is last, 53 seconds behind Sergey Sirotkin, who is almost 30 seconds behind Grosjean in 18th.

I have to admit, I feel a bit sorry for him. What a miserable campaign for Williams.

ChrisH: Fully expect Vettel to make some kind of ludicrous lunge on Ricciardo and damaging his own car.

We heard from a worried Max Verstappen earlier, but he is still in 10th, a second behind Fernando Alonso and three seconds (almost) in front of Carlos Sainz.

Verstappen has not stopped, nor has Pierre Gasly, who is running in sixth or Nico Hulkenberg in seventh.

Ricciardo said on Wednesday he'd have to earn his Monaco win. He really does now. Loss of power (battery problem maybe?) and no fix means he has Vettel right behind him. 46 laps to go.

Remember, Red Bull were first and second in all three practice sessions and fastest in qualifying as well.
