  1. Pit lane start for Russellpublished at 12:48 British Summer Time 30 June 2019

George Russell qualified 19th and got a three-place grid penalty. That's him 20th then? Well, at first no, but now yes.

As a result of penalties to Alexander Albon and Carlos Sainz he was then MOVED UP to 18th. But now, because of problems with his Williams, he will start from the pit lane. Confused?

  3. May the fourth be with youpublished at 12:44 British Summer Time 30 June 2019

Lewis Hamilton qualified second. That's the easy bit. He then got a three-place grid penalty for impeding Kimi Raikkonen. So he starts fifth then? Well, no.

He starts fourth as Kevin Magnussen, who also had a grid penalty, was fifth. The confusion basically caught out the Formula 1 world, with the official F1 Twitter account posting the wrong top 10, Mercedes themselves also said Hamilton would be fifth, while Lando Norris incorrectly posted that he would be fourth.

  4. Welcome alongpublished at 12:37 British Summer Time 30 June 2019

Hello and welcome to BBC Sport's coverage of the Austrian Grand Prix. I'm Michael Emons and it is my pleasure to be guiding you through all the action.

We weren't expecting much last time out in France and got a routine victory. But hopes are very, very high for a thrilling race in Austria.

We've also got live radio commentary on BBC Radio 5 Live from 14:00 BST. Where shall we start? Who fancies some starting grid confusion?

  5. Hoping for a classicpublished at 12:30 British Summer Time 30 June 2019

Eight races in and it has got a bit repetitive. Mercedes have won all of them, Lewis Hamilton has won the past four.

But this one could well be different. We've had crashes and spins in practice sessions and then after a frantic qualifying we now have neither of the Mercedes cars on the front row.

Charles Leclerc is aiming for his first ever race win and he starts on pole, with Max Verstappen, last year's winner, alongside him. We've also got Sebastian Vettel down in ninth so this could well be one of the races of the year.
