So happy for Daniil Kvyat he's such a happy man usually and he's even happier now. He had such a rotten time to the start of his career in F1, and 11 races back he's on the podium.
Verstappen wins crazy German GP #bbcf1
Philip West: Stick that in your pipe and smoke it, Vettel-haters. And if this race doesn’t prove that Verstappen is a world champion of the future, what will?
Chamath De Silva: Incredible race. All the small teams benefited .. Exactly what F1 needs
Meda Stamper: My husband just said he's never heard so much bad language from me. How can a team -- I refer of course to Mercedes - have such poor strategy for such an excellent driver Lewis Hamilton. But it's lovely for Kvyat and the Dutch, so I'm festively pleased for them.
Four of the back seven cars at the start ended up in the top six. Absolutely brilliant entertainment.
Engineer: "P2 Seb, fantastic job, well done."
Vettel: "What a race."
Engineer: "That's P1 - good job!"
Verstappen: "Hahahaaha woowwwwww what a race!"
Christian Horner: "Amazing Max, that was just amazing!"
Verstappen: "Thank you Christian, and thank you to the team as well they did such a great job."
Out - Gasly, Bottas, Hulkenberg, Leclerc, Norris, Ricciardo, Perez.

Brilliant drive from Vettel today - sort of, I spent the first half of the race saying he had a poor start to the grand prix.
Alexander Albon is under investigation for that Gasly collision.
Drama in the closing stages #bbcf1
PhilSlocombe: Who said F1 is predictably boring? This is a race of attrition, last man standing wins.
Matt Andrews: I wouldn't like to be the person having to write the race report in a nicely condensed, easy to read format today...
