Jeremiah Kariuki: Kimi went beyond driving the track limits! He went into the grass to bring out the double yellow flags. At that speed, he will not repeat his track record time of 2018.
Q2
Who will make it through into Q3? Daniil Kvyat just sets a lap time going P10, knocking Stroll down to 11th.
11. Stroll
12. Norris
13. Giovinazzi
14. Gasly
15. Raikkonen
"Track feels a bit slower now with the sun coming out."
Huh?
Q2
Kimi Raikkonen goes off in the middle sector onto the grass, but he gets back on the track and continues.
It could have affected his team-mate's lap.

This midfield pack, from Magnussen to Geovinazzi there is just four hundreths of a second.
It just feels like luck.
This is why we talk about slipstream, because slip streaming can make that easily.
Slip streaming can make two or three tenths.
If you get a slipstream then you find your four hundreths and you don't need to do anything better but still get closer to the car ahead.
Q2
All cars are on soft tyres for this session, the same tyres drivers in the top 10 will start the race on tomorrow.
Lance Stroll out-qualifies Sergio Perez for the first time this year...
Because Perez had a problem and retired in Q1...

Daniil Kyvat scrapes through in 15th place.
If Verstappen had run he would have been knocked out, so he's a lucky man.
Q1
Kubica was ahead of Russell in all three practice sessions, but Russell qualified ahead. Russell may have had a problem, the radio message to him was: "Still made P18."
"Ok copy, sorry guys" Russell said.
16. Grosjean
17. Perez (retired)
18. Russell
19. Kubica
20. Verstappen (no time)
Alex Albon has had his time deleted. Red Bull-Honda, get it together!
"Argh power."
And he has the 'upgraded engine'... oh dear.
Q1
Vettel missed out on his flying lap by a stranded Racing Point, but don't worry tifosi he's nowhere near elimination in sixth.
Just under three minutes left, and the cars are going back out.
Verstappen hasn't set a time yet, but he goes first. He already has a penalty tomorrow for taking engine upgrades.

Shut down, kerplunk, it's gone.
Another Mercedes engine goes. Perez is out of qualifying. There is a lot of reliability issues with this new updated Mercedes engine.
Thankfully none for Mercedes. Perez switched back to the older spec engine in Belgium because he had a problem in practice. It's such a power sensitive circuit you need it turned up to the absolute max.

Drivers have been warned they could face penalties if they drive too slowly on out-laps - also known as "prep laps" - to avoid the bunching seen at Spa last weekend.

Hulkenberg is mighty quick through that first sector.
He is still quickest, even though Leclerc is fastest over an entire lap.
Q1
And he's out of the car. His car is beached on the inside of the track at Turn Three.
