Vettel is in big big trouble I think that's a right rear suspension failure. That might explain a bit of the lack of pace.

No overtaking, but probably not for long as Vettel puts his car in an easily-recoverable position.

Has Vettel gone over the kerb and paid the penalty? Whatever, he is the first man out, his car is parked by the side of the track.
Vettel started second, now he is out of this race. Absolute disaster for Ferrari and Vettel.
