Magnussen and Ricciardo are both under investigation, but neither has benefitted from that collision. Magnussen is 17th, Ricciardo last, with the two Williams in between them.

RantingMrP: Magnussen has needed to be in the receiving end of such encounters to teach him some racing manners, hasn't he?
Daniel Eckersley: Magnussen v Ricciardo is absolutely the unstoppable force meets the immovable object
Lap 12/71
"We see some left hand front wing and plate damage but no big aero effect at the moment."
Lap 12/71
And another for Charles Leclerc. Pierre Gasly is his next victim. Shows how far superior the Ferrari (and also Mercedes and Red Bull) are over the rest as it has taken 10 laps for Leclerc to go from 14th to sixth.
The usual top six, sadly, are again the top six. Next year my main hope is I never have to use the phrase 'best of the rest' ever again and that everyone in the field is competitive.
Lap 10/71
"*************** idiot"
Fair to say Kevin thinks Daniel was to blame for that one.
Lap 10/71
"Check left hand side bodywork - I think I might have had a tear off [in] there."

Ricciardo was right there on the inside to Turn Four and Magnussen ran across him and damaged Ricciardo's front wing - that's bad news because he was on the mediums as well.

Lap 9/71
Daniel Ricciardo attacks Kevin Magnussen down the inside, the pair bang into each other, Magnussen is left facing the wrong way, the front wing of Ricciardo is ruined.
Straight back to the pits for both.
Lap 8/71
"Well done Alex - keep hassling him if you think you can pass."
He's hassling Bottas for fourth.
Lap 8/71
As soon as I write that, another place gained for Leclerc, zipping past Kimi Raikkonen at Turn 1. Fourteen to seven. That penalty is already looking pretty pointless already.
Lap 7/71
Lap 6/71
More passing moves from Charles Leclerc. He's nearly wiped out his 10-place penalty already. Started 14, six gone, now eighth.

Vettel looked like he got a great jump from the inside but couldn't get the power down and that's what let Lewis Hamilton get away.
Lap 4/71
Carlos Sainz another big climber early on. The Spaniard was unable to set a time in qualifying, therefore being right at the back today. He was not there for long though. He's up to 16th already and still dreaming of a points-finish.

Rick Ryalls: Lewis needs to set a marker for next season and put doubts in Max’s mind.
Roxy: Cheese on toast made, kettle boiled, football (muted) on the telly. I quite like autumnal evening grand prix.
Lap 2/71
Charles Leclerc has already jumped past three. Started 14th, now 11th. Lance Stroll has also got ahead of three cars too, to move up to 14th.

Hamilton's coming! A great start from Hamilton. Verstappen has managed to pull away well from the order.
Hamilton goes round the outside of Vettel on the first corner to jump into second. Verstappen away cleanly.
