With the slight delay in qualifying, Jennie Gow, Jack Nicholls, Jolyon Palmer and Andrew Benson will be up and running with live commentary from 14:25 BST.
For those just joining us, at the end of third practice, Sebastian Vettel drove over a drain cover, which broke and was left poking up at Turn 14 - the final turn. That caused a red flag and for third practice to be ended a minute early.
Since then, the stewards and race director have been trying to fix the problem, with the cover removed and some cement poured in to try to cover it as a temporary fix.

Good news for those watching West Ham v Manchester City. Bad news for everyone else. Half-hour delay before we get going.

What do you want / expect to see in qualifying?
Chris: So Bottas gets the clean sweep in practice... Now to see him come 2nd or 3rd in quali or the race.
Chris Whitelaw: Hamilton content to cruise round during practice will blitz it in Q3. Vettel could split the Silver Arrows.
Lewis Hamilton's father Anthony said his son equalling the all-time record for career Formula 1 victories was "a dream beyond anything we could have imagined".
The Mercedes driver's Eifel Grand Prix win was the 91st of his career, matching Michael Schumacher's record.
His son Mick presented Hamilton with one of his father's old helmets to recognise the Briton's achievement.
Anthony Hamilton told the BBC: "It was tinged with a bit of sadness because we spent many, many years watching Michael win numerous races and titles and here we are, emulating the great Michael Schumacher. And to have his son present Lewis with that helmet was just a very humbling experience."
It could also be a record-breaking weekend for Lewis Hamilton after his win at the Eifel Grand Prix a couple of weeks ago drew him level with Michael Schumacher's total of 91 wins.
Of the 11 races we've had this season, it has been Mercedes dominance in qualifying with eight pole positions for Lewis Hamilton with the other three going to his team-mate Valtteri Bottas.
Bottas is now 69 points behind in the title race with six races of the season to go. Mercedes could even win the constructors' championship on Sunday - if they get a one-two finish and Red Bull fail to earn a point,

This is how it stands in the drivers' championship after 11 of 17 races. That is a huge, huge lead for Lewis Hamilton.

Valtteri Bottas was mega at the Nurburgring last time out and he didn't seem to down after the race, so I don't think that has scuppered his momentum. It's going to be a good one.

Red Bull say they have spoken to Max Verstappen about offensive language the Dutchman used over team radio at the Portuguese Grand Prix.
The Dutchman repeatedly swore at Racing Point's Lance Stroll after the two crashed and also used offensive phrases about disabled people.
Red Bull team boss Christian Horner said the team "don't condone" the remarks and "have discussed this with Max internally".
"Max did not mean to cause offence. They were made in the heat of the moment when emotions were running high," he added.
Red Bull motorsport adviser Helmut Marko added on German television that the team had advised Verstappen the remarks he used were not acceptable.
Verstappen made the comments straight after he and Stroll had collided at the first corner following a misunderstanding in second practice at the Autodromo do Algarve.
Speaking of Max Verstappen, another story concerning the Dutchman has broke inside the last hour..
Red Bull boss Christian Horner tells Eddie Hearn of driver Max Verstappen's fearlessness and hunger for success in Formula 1.
This clip is from Eddie Hearn: No Passion, No Point - available on BBC Sounds.
Will this be the day Max Verstappen and his Red Bull breaks the Mercedes grip on pole position this season?

Racing Point say they cannot do any more to protect against coronavirus, despite driver Lance Stroll testing positive after the last Grand Prix.
Stroll was confirmed to have coronavirus after the Eifel GP, where he did not race because he was unwell, but he was not tested at the event.
Team principal Otmar Szafnauer said: "If I thought our process was wrong, I would change it. "I'm not going to do anything else. There is nothing else to do."
Szafnauer's explanations of Stroll's symptoms have been inconsistent.
At the Nurburgring event two weeks ago, he said Stroll had first felt unwell with an upset stomach at the preceding race in Russia and in Germany he could not race because he had "flu-like symptoms and [was] just not well in himself and couldn't exercise, together with a tummy bug".
Fever, fatigue and diarrhoea are three of the possible symptoms of Covid-19 listed on the websites of the World Health Organisation and the US government's Centre for Disease Control.
But when challenged in a news conference on Thursday as to why the team did not consider Covid-19 was a possibility, Szafnauer said: "I'm not sure he had flu-like symptoms. He had a stomach upset."
