Craig Green is riding for fun today, but recently he's been racing to get noticed by Team GB! Craig has a condition called Poland Syndrome. After years of feeling like he had to prove that he was "normal", sometimes to his detriment, Craig started to get an appreciation for his disability.

Watching the 2012 Paralympic Games had a humbling effect on him, and he's been cycling ever since in the hope of making Team GB in 2016. Read more of Craig's inspirational story.

Riding 100 miles up and down hills isn't your everyday challenge and all of today's riders have their own reason for taking it on. For Lisa Rodrigues it is an opportunity to expand on her campaigning to stigma of mental illness.

"Cycling is not by any means a cure for depression, but it can help with prevention" says Lisa, who will have her 60th birthday in 11 days time. Read more from Lisa, and other inspirational riders out there today.

Some are doing it for charity, some for fun, but everyone is doing it for the love of cycling.
