It's a fabulous event, it's an incredible day and having done three of them, they've all been quite different. I love seeing the diversity of people, it makes me very proud to be British. It's not just the cyclists, it's the people, the volunteers.

Craig Green is riding for fun today, but recently he's been racing to get noticed by Team GB! Craig has a condition called Poland Syndrome. After years of feeling like he had to prove that he was "normal", sometimes to his detriment, Craig started to get an appreciation for his disability.

Watching the 2012 Paralympic Games had a humbling effect on him, and he's been cycling ever since in the hope of making Team GB in 2016. Read more of Craig's inspirational story.

The crowd were amazing. People on the street with jelly babies! I'd love to come back and do it again. There were a couple of Welsh flags along the way and a Welsh family at the finish line. You enjoy every second from start to finish. You get to ride a bike around London with no cars beeping at you!
