    You might notice a few familiar faces riding the 100 today. One of them is former NBA basketball player John Amaechi who's bike is over 5 foot high. Here he is with it making his trainer's bike look like a toy.

    Riding 100 miles up and down hills isn't your everyday challenge and all of today's riders have their own reason for taking it on. For Lisa Rodrigues it is an opportunity to expand on her campaigning to stigma of mental illness.

    "Cycling is not by any means a cure for depression, but it can help with prevention" says Lisa, who will have her 60th birthday in 11 days time. Read more from Lisa, and other inspirational riders out there today.
