RideLondon Weekend update
From blinging up your bike to customising your tabard or just a moment on the grass with a picnic, yesterday's festival of cycling had something for everyone. Pop it in your diary for next year.
Riding 100 miles up and down hills isn't your everyday challenge and all of today's riders have their own reason for taking it on. For Lisa Rodrigues it is an opportunity to expand on her campaigning to stigma of mental illness.
"Cycling is not by any means a cure for depression, but it can help with prevention" says Lisa, who will have her 60th birthday in 11 days time. Read more from Lisa, and other inspirational riders out there today.

This race is serious business at RideLondon. There's no lycra in sight but don't let that fool you, these chaps are in it to win it!
Fold-up bikes are serious business - you can see from the expressions on their faces that it was a fiercely contested race!
Over 500 blazer clad riders raced to unfold their bikes and ride 8 laps around St James's Park. Well done to Mark Emsley,defending champion and this year's winner!
