Michael Keen and fellow members of the club travelled from Hackney, Cheshire and Nottinghampshire to give their tricycles a run on the streets of London.
"Tricycles are for everyone of all ages and abilities" said Michael. "They offer extra stability for those who aren't as confident on 2 wheels. For those who want something a bit more extreme there are tricycle races and for those who want something a bit more sociable there is the tandem tricycle option".

Italian Francesco Cipolletta was the first to arrive at The Mall, seen here with and his cousin/translater who wasn't too far behind. Well done to them both!
43 year old Maddy Lee-Smith was one of the first women to return home. She looks so happy and we don't blame you Maddy, 100 miles is quite a feat!
Quote MessageIt's brilliant, to see so many people as we came back in, just giving it a go, is fantastic.

An event like this is full of inspiring people and stories. Here's just one.
Pam (68) is riding for lung cancer, in memory of her late father. She hadn't done that much riding before the 6 weeks leading up to this sportive, but her determination has gotten her here today. One of her fellow riders described her as "the most inspirational women I've ever met". Pam even bought the drop handle bars especially.

It takes a while to set off when there are over 25,000 amateur cyclists at the start line.
We've heard reports that there was a great feeling of camaraderie in the riders as they started their walk to the starting line. Spirits were high and there was a lot of smiling, creating an amazing atmosphere - even before 6am! That's a great way to start.
