  1. Weather reportpublished at 10:33 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2017

It looks a little chilly in Sheffield!

Plenty of layers and running around needed to keep warm!

The weather calmed down nicely for our Friday evening session, but it's pretty blowy out there again today. It's certainly pretty brisk here in Salford this morning.

The forecast is for 15-20mph winds and scattered showers across the country, but you can check your local conditions, here.

And here's She Can Play preparing this morning. They have a team in the Adult Female and Female Vets category.

Here's Hannah from the Mums squad getting a pre-match pep talk from daughter Winnie, who has been her "inspiration for playing".

"You should think about having fun, don't give up, play as a team and try your best." - perfect!

  5. 'I just want to savour every minute'published at 10:23 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2017

"If we're showing the young girls that there should be no barrier to sport then what greater role models than that?"

She Can Play are a team of mums playing in Shoreditch this morning.

They were set up when watching their daughters at football training.

You can see what playing in the FA People's Cup means to Lisa, a member of She Can Play, in the video below.

"I feel I need to make my family proud. Being in the People's Cup is making them proud and I want my children to come along tomorrow and think 'wow that's my mum."

Brilliant, inspiring stuff. Please give it a watch.

  7. Tips from the England bosspublished at 10:18 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2017

If there's one man in the country qualified to give five-a-side football tips then it must be the England manager.

Before your matches kick-off, take a look at his advice in the video above.

The former defender is strangely quiet on defensive tips, however!
