    KO5 0-1 Woolpack United

    Oooooof!

An early goal in this Adult Male final. Woolpack's number 10 has a powerful shot, the KO5 keeper looks to have done enough but despite him getting a hand to it, the ball limped over the line.

This little lad - Benji, aged 21 months - just can't get enough of football and will surely be back for the FA People's Cup in 10 years of so (unless there's a toddlers category started next year!).

Apparently he's been just wanting to chase a ball saying "kick, kick" since he was one.

Mum Fiona is here supporting an old university friend - one of the Women's Vets finalists Armley FC  - and getting ready (just five weeks left) to provide Benji with a team-mate.

The skilful and effective outfit, KO5,score another cracking goal, giving the keeper no chance.

Their number 7 has been at it all afternoon. He's some player!

  10. Meet the teams... Elite Soccer Ladiespublished at 18:00 British Summer Time 1 May 2017

    adult female category

Not many People's Cup teams will be travelling to Birmingham by boat to take part today but Elite Soccer Ladies will.

They're originally from the Isle of Wight and the south coast and come into the competition with pedigree. They're reigning champions of the Dorset FA Beach Soccer Cup but there won't be any sand in sight in Birmingham.

How will they fare in the Adult Female category? Who knows?

Here's the team in their own words.

    Naomi - loves the banter.

Kelly - has a wicked laugh.

Gemma - quiet but lethal right foot.

Emma - very quiet but she lets her skills do the talking.

Hannah - goalkeeper, chatty but very focused.

    Holly - lively and fun.

Wow. Excellent performance there from Exeter.

Just two categories are left out on the pitches in Birmingham, the Adult Female and Adult Male.

Do not go anywhere. We're into the final stretch of the People's Cup 2017.

Huge cheers from the Exeter plays at the final whistle. That is a tough one for South Tyneside to take, they came so close.

Well done Exeter - the FA People's Cup Disability Premiership winners 2017.

  14. goal

GOAL - A fourth for Exeterpublished at 17:52 British Summer Time 1 May 2017

Exeter City 4-1 South Tyneside Ability DFC

    That may settle it!

As South Tyneside rightly push for another goal, Exeter hit them on the counter.

  15. goal

GOAL - South Tyneside pull one backpublished at 17:51 British Summer Time 1 May 2017

Exeter City 3-1 South Tyneside Ability DFC

But South Tyneside pull one goal back.

A break down the left ends with a shot through the Exeter goalkeeper's legs. This game is still well and truly alive.

  16. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 17:49 British Summer Time 1 May 2017

Exeter inches from making it four.
