A strong morning's work from both AFC Kempston Rovers and Sprowston Girls mean they top the group, level on 12 points with four wins out of five.

But it's all to play for as Plymouth Argyle meet Kempston again in the semi-final, having beaten them 3-1 in the final group game. Revenge for Kempston or momentum for the Green Army?

After the dramatic shootout success of Wockey FC in the female higher education category yesterday, we have more stick-wielders in the People's Cup finals today.

Manchester's Moss Park Dribblers are hoping to lift the trophy in the Female Veterans category and are being cheered on from elsewhere in the BBC - by Breakfast reporter Holly Hamilton...

Here on the live text, we are, of course, completely unbiased.

Ryan and Mark are on hand should there be any injuries that need dealing with.

They had "about 20" yesterday -  mainly minor strains and the odd carpet burn.

    Thanks guys!

Kempston Colts have won every game they played so far but so had Sprowston Girls so I was interested to see what would happen when they met.

Naomi scored early to give the Colts a 1-0 lead which was enough to win the game.

She has been shooting for fun today so when I asked her how many she got "I don't know at least 10" was the response!
