Defending champions Hackney Jurassics will meet Armley LC in the Female Vets final. The two form teams in the group stage, they got through only narrowly in closely contested semi-finals.

Hackney beat East Midlands 2-1 in a tight, physical encounter, while Armley breathed a sigh of relief as X Saints were denied a goal in the last seconds, first by the post, then the referee as the rebound was converted, but from inside the area. No goal and Armley clung on 1-0.

Can they go on to dethrone the Jurassics? We'll find out around 17:15, with the game being streamed live at the top of this page.

St Albans were set up in 2005, originally with just eight players but have since expanded with three players part of Great Britain's gold medal-winning team at the Special Olympics in 2015.

One of those was team captain, Ben, who was born deaf with a punctured ear drum.

He scored the winning penalty for GB in the event in Los Angeles.

"It was the most amazing feeling in the world," he said.

"But getting through to the FA People's Cup finals is up there with my life achievements."

They kicked off their People's Cup finals campaign at 14:00 BST against Exeter City in the Disability Premiership category. Good luck!

They're all at it now. A few stepovers from the Warriors striker.

Bedford almost make them pay them with a couple of good efforts.

Now they have a free-kick on the edge of the box...

Warriors are getting a little cocky. Their 'keeper has just rolled the ball out behind his back.

    Cheeky stuff.
