Quite a day for Godolpin as Sound And Silence, ridden by William Buick for trainer Charlie Appleby, completed a 124-1 treble.
Sheikh Mohammed's team had endured a troubled few weeks, including the departure of chief executive John Ferguson.

The Ascot Stakes at 17:00 BST is traditionally a race where jump racing trainers go for glory at flat racing's big meeting.
It is no exception this year, with the leading contenders including Thomas Hobson, trained by Willie Mullins, along with Who Dares Wins (Alan King) and Beyond Conceit (Nicky Henderson).

The 5-2 winner, ridden by James Doyle for trainer Richard Hannon, won from Lancaster Bomber.
