Paloma was fourth in the Supreme Novices Hurdle two years ago but was not at his best in last year's Arkle Trophy.
The race is named after the father of trainer Nicky Henderson. His sole runner this time is the outsider Theinval.

You see mixed form in his previous races but you never know in these kind of races. He won like a 2-1 chance and travelled and galloped well.
The horse has been prepared well but there'd have been a long list before you picked him although the well fancied horses were just behind him in second and third.

The final race of the week exclusively for amateur riders and Minella Rocco could be to the fore for Derek O'Connor and trainer Jonjo O'Neill.
The 10-year-old won the 2016 National Hunt Chase at the Festival and was second in the 2017 Gold Cup and has won his two hunter chase starts.
The experienced Shantou Flyer and Don Poli could also figure along with the Willie Mullins-trained Billaway, ridden by son Patrick.
