Peter Hickman looking for fourth win of the week - has bike issues
TT fortnight hampered by weather but all races set to be completed
Tom Rostance
Dean Harrison is in.
TT legend John McGuinness retired on lap one by the way. That Norton has had a tough few weeks.
My dad used to mechanic for riders at the TT. I can tell you I'd be absolutely useless.

With so little between the top two contenders on the timesheets the pit stops at the end of lap two and the conclusion of lap four will be hugely significant.
Crucial time can be picked up or lost as the teams fuel up the bikes and invariably change the back tyres in 'gasoline alley'. Composure the key word for those tasked with these key roles.
Once that is complete the riders must not exceed the 60km/hr speed limit in force in pit-lane before they gather speed onto the course again.
Peter Hickman is absolutely flying - he leads by 6.52 seconds at the Bungalow!
This could take some catching...

Chris Goddard: This could well end up being exactly the same finishing order as last year (i.e. 1st Hickman, 2nd Harrison, 3rd Cummins, 4th M Dunlop).
Hickman leads by 3.4 seconds now. Heading over the mountain now of course, his best part of the course. Making a move?

The riders will have to come in to the pits at the end of this lap. The leading two are close to 135 pace...
Peter Hickman still leads at Ballaugh - he and Dean Harrison have a split time just 0.149 seconds apart in that section. Incredibly close.
Davey Todd is having another flying race too - he was sixth at the end of lap one.
Hickman's lead is down to 1.8 seconds at Glen Helen on lap two. This is going to be absolutely epic isn't it?
There are six laps scheduled by the way. 220-odd miles...
That's AVERAGE speed remember. For a near 40-mile lap.

There are two great races going on out there. Just two seconds separate Harrison and Hickman for the lead, and Michael Dunlop was just under a second behind Conor Cummins in third.
Peter Hickman leads by 2.2 seconds.
It's a lap of 134.28 mph from a standing start!
WOW.
We'll soon have the first riders through for the end of their first lap.
He has - but it's only a second! Dean Harrison will be happy with that I would have though. Last year Hickman was taking loads of time out of him over the mountain.
Forget what I said earlier about not seeing lap-record pace. These two are bang on it again!
