Q1: England 5-4 New Zealand
We've had eight minutes of this opening quarter and neither team have managed to really get control of the match.
It's very hesitant from both sides in build up and attack.
Q1: England 3-3 New Zealand
Laura Malcolm is making her 60th appearance in the Roses dress today. She is someone who is very familiar with this New Zealand team having played in the ANZ Premiership last season with Mainland Tactix.
Q1: England 2-2 New Zealand
Oops, replaying on the shot from Maia Wilson. Big pressure from Geva Mentor to cause that but England give it away immediately and this time Wilson converts.
Already this is back and forth.
Q1: England 2-1 New Zealand
Cameras have just shown injured Silver Ferns shooter Grace Nweke in the crowd with a big smile on her face.
Noeline Taurua said she wasn't sure if the 21-year-old might go home after being ruled out of the tournament but looks like she has hung around to be chief supporter.

New Zealand's recent performance could impact them today - they suffered their worst-ever World Cup loss against Jamaica and Ekenasio, their captain, seemed quite shaken.
But their coach said that they are where they want to be, playing England in a semi-final - they just took a different route to get there.
They think they have the tactical measure of this England side.
Q1: England 1-0 New Zealand
Away we go then!
Early scare for England as New Zealand get a tip but eventually Helen Housby gets the first goal on the board.
Here we go then. Helen Housby just took a huge deep breath and we're about ready to go in Cape Town. England to get us started...

Jodie Gibson
England defender speaking on BBC TV
My heart is with England and always will be, but my head is looking at Jamaica and thinking 'this could be their year'.
England v Jamaica would be my dream final.
Jamaica v Australia (15:00 BST)
England v New Zealand is the first match in a feast of a netball today.
Later Jamaica will face world number ones Australia for their chance to reach a first World Cup final.
Having cruised through their pool matches, world number four Jamaica will also look to avenge their 2022 Commonwealth Games final loss to the Diamonds.
Many would see the Sunshine Girls reaching the World Cup final as a fitting prize for a team spearheaded by captain and prolific shooter Jhaniele Fowler at her fourth World Cup.
"Jamaica are playing really well - they are the team everybody is watching and thinking they have the flair, the passion and now the consistency," said Agbeze.
Australia are no strangers to losing in the pool then going on to win the tournament, as they did at the Commonwealths last year, but Jamaica are in stellar form.
Should England and Jamaica both reach the final, it would be the first time in World Cup history that a final has not included Australia or New Zealand.

BBC Radio 5 Live
England head coach Jess Thirlby speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live:
"We’re certainly not resting on our laurels. We know we have a big challenge on our hands. But that Australia match great preparation for a semi-final against the big guns in New Zealand which is a big challenge.
"We won’t be underestimating them at all. New Zealand were in a really difficult pool, they had some tough matches recently. They played Jamaica, drew with South Africa obviously the host nation, just beat Uganda by ten, so they’ve definitely had the tighter games. But if anything that prepares them well for a semi-final.
"We’ve matched up against them quite a lot over the last 18 months and got some really good results, and in the Commonwealth Games last year we won one and lost one. As much as the Australia game is absolutely valuable to us in terms of building that confidence, we’ve got to get over the line in that next game if we’re going to continue to make history and make our first World Cup final."

There's going to be a lot of nerves, it's the business end of the competition.
But it is a really exciting day. Semi-final day. Do or die time in the competition.
The girls will be itching to get back out there, they are playing on form. They will be wanting to replicate their last performance [v Australia], and perhaps even go beyond that.
Let's all relive that moment against Australia (again) to get us in the mood...

England have shown the depth that they have across the squad, and if anyone was ever questioning that depth, they have just shown [v Australia] what it is all about.
You can’t not mention the combination of Eleanor Cardwell and Helen Housby, they combined brilliantly together.
Again I thought Imogen Allison had another strong game. Fran Williams and Funmi Fadoju really grew into the game against Australia. Chelsea Pitman of course…
I feel like I’m mentioning the whole team!

New Zealand have not been performing as well as they can do despite them coming into the tournament as defending champions, so England will have confidence that they can beat them.
That would give England a great path to the final.
England v New Zealand (10:00 BST)
Defending champions New Zealand are not coming into this in the best form.
They have lost to Jamaica and drew against South Africa in their pool phase, struggling to reach the levels they did four years ago in Liverpool.
That group nicknamed themselves 'the fossils' on account of many of the players coming towards the end of their career.
Since then head coach Noeline Taurua has had to search for some fresh talent to replace those players. But their title defence was dealt a blow ealier this week when star shooter Grace Nweke was ruled out of the tournament with a knee injury.
You would never rule a side like the Silver Ferns out but England will certainly be looking to exploit those weaknesses this morning.

England will have the "confidence" they can beat an out-of-form New Zealand in order to reach a first Netball World Cup final, says former captain Ama Agbeze.
England finished top of Pool F with a first World Cup victory over 11-time champions Australia.
But head coach Jess Thirlby said it will mean nothing if the Roses cannot back it up against the Silver Ferns.
"You have to beat everyone and New Zealand have not been performing as well as they can," Agbeze said.
"England will have confidence that they can beat New Zealand," said Agbeze.
"They will have been watching people's form throughout the tournament and I think they don't want to meet Jamaica."
England v New Zealand (10:00 BST)
England head coach Jess Thirlby opts for an unchanged starting seven to the one that took to court against Australia on Thursday.
As mentioned then this seems to be Thirlby's preferred starting line-up with the ability to bring on impact subs of the bench.
Chelsea Pitman, Funmi Fadoju and Fran Williams all came on and made the difference against the Diamonds so I expect we'll see rotation again.
Starting seven: GK - Mentor, GD - Guscoth, WD - Malcolm, C - Allison, WA - Metcalf, GA - Housby, GS - Cardwell
Substitutes: Fadoju, Williams, Clarke, Pitman, Tchine
For New Zealand there's a couple of changes from their loss against Jamaica with Gina Crampton starting at wing attack over Whitney Souness and Kelly Jury starting at goal keeper over Jane Watson.
Jury started at wing defence in that defeat but Karin Burger is in for this semi-final.
Starting seven: GK - Jury, GD - Karaka, WD - Burger, C - Heffernan, WA - Crampton, GA - Ekenasio, GS - Wilson
Substitutes: Gordon, Metuarau, Selby-Rickit, Souness, Watson
Let's get straight into this with some team news...
