  3. Derrygonnelly out to break new groundpublished at 15:12 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2022

    Derrygonnelly v Kilcoo (15:45 GMT)

Here we are, then. The biggest day on the Ulster club football calendar, back again after a 777-day absence.

Kilcoo have been in possession of the Seamus McFerran Cup for that long, but they won't be prepared to relinquish their hold on it as manager Mickey Moran looks to emulate the back-to-back triumphs he led Slaughtneil to in 2016 and 2017.

Back to defend their crown, it's a big day for Kilcoo, but it is unquestionably even bigger for the underdogs, Derrygonnelly Harps.

This is their first appearance in an Ulster final. In fact, it is Fermanagh's first representation in the decider since Enniskillen Gaels lost to Tyrone's Errigal Ciaran in 2002.

Fermanagh champions in six of the last seven years, the purple and gold finally have the chance to convert their county dominance into provincial glory.

Fermanagh have never produced an Ulster-winning team, but after toppling Dromore and Clann Eireann to get here, the Harps must surely feel that this is their time.
