Which are of course the words of Jedi master Yoda.
Magic performance coming up?

Double Olympic gold-medal winning swimmer on BBC OneI am so angry. I was like 'Hannah what were you doing?'. In the last 50m she did not breathe and look at Belmonte once. If you know someone is coming up you can give that extra tiny bit if you breathe and think 'she is right there'. I am devasted for her because that was her opportunity, all she had to do was breathe once.

It's a marathon, not a sprint.

Hannah Miley, speaking to BBC Sport after coming fourth: "I could see her [Belmonte]. I knew she was coming back at me but I had nothing left. I gave everything I had. It is such a mixture of emotions. I was so close to getting it. It is happy and disappointment all coming together.
"I do this because I enjoy being in the pool. It has been great. I have had a full time coach since April, so to do all that in such a short space of time with a full time coach is incredible."

Olympic bronze medal swimmer on 5 liveI am absolutely gutted for Hannah Miley. You don't want Belmonte chasing you down.
I must highlight a two-second world record for Hosszu, but the story of that race has to be Hannah Miley. It is enough to being tears to your eyes, she put everything in there and she will be mentally and physically exhausted.
