Gen: The BBC's Olympic couch is massive and I've only seen one presenter sat on it, surely a chair could have sufficed?
You have a point but it has to be that big in case we have the men's eight rowers all sat on it... They are big dudes!
Britain's Yafai eliminated
From his brother and pro boxer Kal:
GBs Moe Sbihi starts his quest for gold in the men's four today (17:20 BST).
The 6'8" Arsenal fan, who says he's the "powerhouse" in the boat, explains his excitement and how he combines his faith with elite sport.
That voice reminds me of what Daniel Durchholz had to say about Tom Waits': "Soaked in a vat of bourbon, left hanging in the smokehouse for a few months, and then taken outside and run over with a car."
Women's lightweight double sculls heat one
James Cracknell
Double Olympic Rowing gold medallist
Finishing fifth makes it very, very tough.
If they haven't been able to put changes into place on the training ground over two months they can't do it over two days before the repechage.
It's harsh but the truth. If you are not on your game at the Olympics you are going to be in trouble.
Women's lightweight double sculls heat one
Disappointment for Great Britain's defending Olympic champion Katherine Copeland and Charlotte Taylor. They are clearly off the pace and cross the line in last place, with China and Denmark taking the two semi-final places.
There'll be another chance for Copeland and Taylor though, in the repechage. As there will be for third-placed USA and Italy in fourth, too.
Boxing
A tough but brilliant fight for Birmingham's Galal Yafai as he is eliminated by the World number one in a split decision.
Richie Woodhall was commentating on the bout.
"That fight warranted either a semi or a final. You have got two of the best boxers in the world at this weight. I'm so proud of Galal Yafai. Well done son".
The World Champion, Joahnys Argilagos advances to the quarter finals.
Boxing
Ronald McIntosh
BBC boxing commentator in Rio
"One suspects Galal Yafai's Olympics is going to come to an end here"...
Men's singles
Can Britain's Kyle Edmund make it through to the third round?
His match against Japan's Taro Daniel has just got going, over here.
A tie against Argentina's Juan Martin del Potro (conqueror of Novak Djokovic) or Portugal's Joao Sousa awaits the winner...
Boxing
"A great effort from Yafai. He has got to just keep this going." - commentator Richie Woodhall is impressed but Brit Galal Yafai has a two point deficit going into the final round...
What can he bring to the third?

The Cuban reigning World Champion Argilagos has taken the first round... narrowly.
Women's -57kg
Missed Britain's Commonwealth champion Nekoda Smythe-Davis reaching the next round at the judo?
You can watch below.
Boxing
Fighting in GB vests today are Galal Yafai (Flyweight 49kg), Josh Kelly (Welterweight 69kg), Anthony Fowler (Middlewight 75kg) and Lawrence Okolie (Heavyweight 91kg).
All strong competitors in their weights but as we know anything can happen in these Olympic bouts. The Cuban fighters are expected to perform particularly well including Joahnys Argilagos who faces Yafai.
That one's already got under way, over here.
Men's double sculls repechage
James Cracknell
Double Olympic Rowing gold medallist
Collins and Walton should take this confidence into the semi-finals. That race will have done them the world of good ahead of the next one.
The GB team have shown they have the pedigree to dominate.
Men's double sculls repechage one
Boom. Great Britain's John Collins and Jonathan Walton made light work of that.
It was between them and Serbia for much of that race - where on earth did Bulgaria come from to sneak second?
So Britain, Bulgaria and make the semi-finals.
For bottom boat Cuba, it's hasta lluego.
Shooting
"It's been a rough sort of process, because I keep on being the bridesmaid. So I've got several silvers, several bronzes, and finally I’ve got the gold. There has been lots of tears and tantrums in the build-up to this. I'm sure there are plenty of people back at home saying, 'I told you so'. You just never know."
Australian shooter Catherine Skinner looks to have chucked her toys out of the pram a few times but those days could be over after she won gold in the women's trap.
Rugby sevens

BBC Sport in Rio
Team GB's rugby sevens side have one non-English representative in Jasmine Joyce of Wales and she got a little teary last night when telling me about her supporters out here.
Mum, dad and grandad have followed her to Brazil and are always in the stands.
It'll be a night of nerves for all concerned tonight then as GB meet New Zealand - second seeds - in the semis. Remember, one win and it's guaranteed silver.
"The whole team is on a high and the morale is spot on," says Joyce.
"We've gone through Canada and Fiji now playing some of our best rugby."
Thursday will see the first rounds of Olympic golf in 112 years.
Team GB's Danny Willett will tee off with USA's Matt Kuchar and China's Li Haotong around 13:00 BST followed shortly after by fellow Brit, Justin Rose who will be joined by American Rickie Fowler and Venezuela's Jhonattan Vegas (approx 14:58 BST).
As you can see Rose and Willett have been enjoying the Olympic experience so far...
Women's -57kg
Britain's Commonwealth champion Nekoda Smythe-Davis is through to the last 16 with an 11-0 win over Austrian veteran Sabrina Fizmoser.
The 23-year-old Londoner goes on to face France's Automne Pavia, the bronze medallist at London 2012.
