That shot he did him with was a textbook shot. We have to remember though that back in June Savon did stop Okolie in the first round.

GB boxer Josh Kelly saw off Walid Mohamed in his welterweight fight tonight and came up with this slightly odd quote afterwards.

"I thought he was from a country where the boxers tend to be slightly lighter weight wise so I went out there to try and knock holes in him. If I'd just tried to outbox him it would have been a lot better."

    On his part-time modeling career:

"I just try to keep away from punches, I guess. See how we get on in these next couple of fights and I may end up being the face of something."

That's rugby sevens at Rio 2016 done for the women at least.

What did we learn? That the best sides are some way clear of the pack. Consider the world rankings, that's the order the top four finished in.

What else? That Great Britain are a top outfit with work to do. That women's sevens can be highly entertaining and that these women are phenomenal athletes.

New Zeland have just done the haka and it went down a storm.

If you tell Lawrence Okolie he is fat, you're either really hard, really dumb, or really fast.

But apparently Britain's heavyweight contender at Rio was bullied as a kid for being a bit on the big side - who's laughing now though eh? Not an ounce of flab on the 23-year-old.

He's up against Cuba's 2015 world silver medallist Erislandy Savon in the round of 16 at 23:45 BST, with a place in the quarter-finals up for grabs.
