We are as giddy as kittens. It's not easy trying to read your notes while getting up to punch the air. It's been a great night for Great Britain.
Swimming
Mark Foster
Former freestyle world swimming champion on BBC One
They all swam so well but we found a star tonight, Duncan Scott really stepped up with reaching the 100m final and then he swam so well in that final.

Unbelievable. That's quicker than at the world championship and James Guy finally has that medal around his neck.
Michael Phelps gave absolutely everything to win individual gold earlier this evening and that caught up with him in the relay.
He was running out of steam at the end and he manages to clamber out of the pool before sitting on the blocks, breathing heavily. He gestures to the camera as if to say 'that's it, I'm done'.
Olympic gold number two for tonight and 21 overall. I think he's deserved a bit of a breather!
Men's 4x200m Freestyle Relay
"USA, USA, USA" is the chant from the stands. They were always going to be tough to catch but two silvers in the pool for Great Britain tonight. What a result!
Men's 4x200m Freestyle Relay
They've done it! Fantastic swim from James Guy and another silver for GB.
Men's 4x200m Freestyle Relay
Great Britain up to third at the handover and James Guy has Japan in his sights. Could be a silver here...
Men's 4x200m Freestyle Relay
The USA are streaking away but Dan Wallace is keeping GB in with a chance of a medal. He's giving James Guy plenty to work with.
Men's 4x200m Freestyle Relay
So far so good for the USA. They lead the way with Ryan Lochte and Michael Phelps still to come.
Great Britain are in fourth at the moment.
Men's 4x200m Freestyle Relay
Time for the final action in the pool tonight and a medal chance for GB.
Michael Phelps is also back for this one as he looks to help USA to gold...

I am so happy for Siobhan-Marie. It was so close. We thought Siobhan wouldn't catch Hosszu but she did not give up and she'll be over the moon with that swim.
Tom Fordyce
Chief sports writer in Rio
You can take The Hoss to water, and you can't stop her winning golds. Remarkable again from Hungary's Katinka Hosszu, splendid silver from GB's O'Connor.
Adrian Moorhouse

Siobhan-Marie O'Connor gave everything. That was a great swim.
Women’s 200m individual medley
An Olympic record for Katinka Hosszu as she picks up gold medal number three of these Games.
It was always going to be tough for Siobhan-Marie O'Connor, but that was a real fight she put up.
Wow!
Siobhan-Marie O'Connor pushed really, really hard but in the end Katinka Hosszu touched home just ahead.
It's a new British record for Siobhan with 2:06.88.
