    They all swam so well but we found a star tonight, Duncan Scott really stepped up with reaching the 100m final and then he swam so well in that final.

    Michael Phelps gave absolutely everything to win individual gold earlier this evening and that caught up with him in the relay. 

    He was running out of steam at the end and he manages to clamber out of the pool before sitting on the blocks, breathing heavily. He gestures to the camera as if to say 'that's it, I'm done'.

    Olympic gold number two for tonight and 21 overall. I think he's deserved a bit of a breather!

    "USA, USA, USA" is the chant from the stands. They were always going to be tough to catch but two silvers in the pool for Great Britain tonight. What a result!

    I am so happy for Siobhan-Marie. It was so close. We thought Siobhan wouldn't catch Hosszu but she did not give up and she'll be over the moon with that swim.
