Four-time Olympic gold medallist athlete on BBC One
I think this is going to be a really tough competition and really exciting to watch.
Jess Ennis-Hill is such a tough competitor that you can never count her out. I’m sure Katarina Johnson-Thompson has learnt from last year - she’s got off to such a great start.
But when you get to the Olympics, the big stage, it’s not about what type of shape you are in, all of these athletes are in top shape, it’s about the athletes who are mentally tough who can deliver their best performance on the day.
Jess has proven that she can do that time and time again, and you can never count her out.

Romania's Florin Mergea and Horia Tecau have just won the second set of the men's doubles gold medal match against Spain's Rafael Nadal and Marc Lopez.
The Romanian duo, who lost the first set 6-2, took the second 6-3 to send us into a decider.
If you've not seen this...
...Enjoy

The Games have been great so far. Once the athletics starts, the pool, the gymnastics and all the rest begin, all of the talk about the preparation in Brazil, and the talk of the Russians goes into background.
The credibility of the sport and the Olympic movement has been hit dramatically with everything that has been going on.
It will take time to restore the credibility, a series of right decisions time and time again.
Until that credibility is restored you will see fantastic performances that will be questioned as to whether it is real.
Women's 1500m
The first heat of the women's 1500m is about to get the track action of the night under way.
Women's heptathlon
Jessica Ennis-Hill has a shot put PB of 14.67m, while Katarina Johnson-Thompson can chuck it 12.47m.
For context, 14m is about three quarters of the way down a 10-pin bowling lane.

Olympic heptathlon gold medallist on BBC TV
Great Britain's Katarina Johnson-Thompson is first after two events of the women's heptathlon, with Jessica Ennis-Hill in third. The shot put and 200m come up shortly.
The heptathlon has been billed as the high point for British athletics here and it did not disappoint. We always knew Katarina Johnson-Thompson had the potential to perform well in a major event and she had not done so before, but did today.
So far the script has gone according to plan. Katarina's throws do let her down so she will need to be close to a personal best to stay in contention. Jess is a better shot putter and after the two events tonight it should swing back in Jess's favour.
Women's heptathlon
Remember that Katarina Johnson-Thompson and Jessica Ennis-Hill go i their third of seven events from 00:35 BST.
It's the shot put. They are in separate groups.

They lost the first set 6-2 but currently lead 4-1 in the second.
Men's 20km walk
Tom Bosworth may have missed out on a medal in the 20k walk earlier, but the 26-year-old smashed the British record with his time of 1:20:13, which had stood at 1:22:03 since Ian McCombie's efforts in the Seoul Olympics in 1988.
"I’m in shock at what just happened," he said.
"I can’t be disappointed with sixth place at the Olympics but I could have done better as I had a dodgy stomach last night and that affected me a little bit.
"To break the British record by such a margin and at the Olympics is a dream come true. It was just an amazing experience. I’m so happy I cannot put it into words."
Women's heptathlon
Coe and Ovett. Backley and Hill. Black and Baulch. Jackson and Jarrett.
And now KJT and JEH. Two GB stars going for gold.
They go in the shot, which starts at 00:35 BST.

Dempsey said: “I feel very happy to have won a silver medal. It’s cool, it’s amazing. It’s nice to have had a good spell at the top and be competitive over five Olympic Games. I’m pretty proud of that."
