Yep - it's 3:26.988 for Sarah Hammer. That is rapid.
Over to you Laura Trott - on track next.
Women's omnium
The penultimate heat is under way - will we see the first individual pursuit under the 3:30 mark? Sarah Hammer is, er, hammering it so far.
Women's omnium
Laura Trott is getting into gear, literally. On goes the lycra, on goes the helmet. On goes the game face.
She goes next.
Anna Thompson
BBC Sport in Rio
A very emotional Anna Meares said for the first time in 20 years her body let her down as the Australian finished 10th in the women's sprint.
She beat GB's now retired Victoria Pendleton to the title in London 2012 and, although great rivals on the track, they are firm friends off it.
They embraced warmly in the interview zone after the race, with Meares paying tribute to the support Pendleton had given her in the run-up to Rio.
The 32-year-old will make a decision about whether she wants to carry on until the Commonwealth Games, in her home country Australia in 2018, in the coming weeks.
Lil: Lovely to see two great sporting figures from the world of cycling Victoria Pendleton and Anna Meares having a heart to heart.
Emma Allcock: Every Olympics is always tinged with sadness. Seeing great Olympians bow out of their sport can be hard to watch.
Men's ominum - points race (21:23 BST)
Women's omnium
It's 3,000m of flat-out racing for the women, absolutely punishing.
Mark Cavendish is now warming up on the rollers, he looks firmly in the zone.
Are we set to see two more GB medals on the track?
'Dive of the competition' from GB's Laugher
At the halfway stage of the Men's 3m springboard preliminary and GB's Jack Laugher puts in a stunning dive, receiving a tremendous score of 88.40.
Watch it here.
Kirtsen Wild of the Netherlands has just won her heat in a fast time - 3:31.941, while Laura Trott nearly destroys the warm-up bike in the pens!
Good grief.
I remember motorcyclist and all-round nutcase Guy Martin training with Laura on TV a few years ago. He was astounded at her power. You could see it there...
Diving
Great Britain's Freddie Woodward scores 66.30 in the third round of the Men's 3m Springboard Preliminary.
Track Cycling: Women's sprint
Australia's Anna Meares, a two-time Olympic gold medallist but who could only finish 10th in the women's sprint in Rio, has just been talking to BBC One.
The 32-year-old was asked if she would retire or carry on to compete at a home Commonwealth Games in 2018.
"Maybe that's the fairy tale, going out at home," said Meares. "I promised myself I would race, hold my head up high, have a holiday and think about it. Give me a week or two and I will make a statement. I'm really proud of what I've achieved.
"It is pretty brutal racing for ninth to 12th. I knew the sprint would be difficult, but I didn't think I would be that far out."
Women's omnium
In London four years ago Laura Trott clocked a time of 3:30.547 in the individual pursuit - which was the second best time. That carded her second place.
Let's see what sort of time she can manage this time around.
She's currently warming up on the rollers, headphones on.
Rage against the machine?

Johnny Huntridge: I doubt @v_pendleton, external is telling @AnnaMeares, external to take up horse racing.
GB v Spain (22:00 BST)
Luke Reddy
BBC Sport in Rio
The medal table looks super healthy for Team GB but will the team relent?
Sports like hockey still have their climax to come and the British women's side look in fine touch with a 100% record in their group.
Tonight they meet Spain in the quarters here. The Spaniards lost their first three group games but finished with two wins. On paper it looks like a real chance to secure a bronze medal match and maybe much more.
Women's omnium
Laura Trott on BBC One: "It was the two years after the London Games that I found difficult. Being in such a golden era of London 2012, to this 'got to put in the hard work again' system was difficult and I struggled.
"But after that the build up starts again and you get the new kits that you get that Olympic feeling again. It’s a really nice buzz."
A nice moment trackside as Victoria Pendleton shares an embrace and a few words with Australian Anna Meares.
The two were the deadliest of rivals throughout their career, Meares is facing a possible retirement after third in the keirin.
Men's omnium
Thirty Tour de France stage wins , 15 Giro wins, a world championship, a Commonwealth gold - Mark Cavendish has got the lot in his locker, apart from an Olympic medal.
Is tonight the night?
Men's 3m springboard preliminary
GB's Jack Laugher improves on his first dive, receiving a score of 75.25.
